Ideaformer Double Sided Black PEI Build Plate for Bambu Lab X1/X1C/X1E/P1P/P1S/A1,Flexible Smooth Textured PEI Spring Steel Plate 257x257mm for Bambu 3D Printers

This plate is my Bambu X1 daily driver plate for the last 3 months. Both the textured and smooth sides of this plate work better than the stock Bambu textured or high temp smooth plate. Not sure what the difference in the coating/surface are, but both sides hold extremely well with only using heat and no glue stick (60-85c depending upon material). Both will release very well when cooled down. Purchased a second one of these for use with my Bambu A1. Ignore any fear mongering about using 3rd party plates with Bambu, these printers auto set the z-offset. This does to change for textured plates, but selecting textured plate in slicer will lower the z-offset 0.04 to provide more squish for the first layer to account for variation in the texture. Have tried a number of different 3rd party plates. They have all worked reasonably well, but this one is by far the best all around. Use soap and water to keep these clean, ISO does not work well. Not sure what happens with the Bambu textured plates, but even with proper cleaning both (A1 and X1) started to lose adhesion after a couple of months. This black textured plate continues to perform perfectly every time after hundreds of hours of use.

用途にもよりますが、テクスチャープレートが好きではなく、平面ビルドプレートを使いたいのにBambu Labの高温プレートが最早売られていない中、こちらの商品を見付けて、購入、使ってみました。Bambu Labの平面プレートも安くはありませんしね。 主にPLAでしたが、定着も良く、糊を塗らなくてもほぼ失敗はありませんでした。（失敗した時は、フィラメントの設定をちゃんとやっていなかったことが、一番大きな問題でした。） ただ、最近PETGを使うようになったら、表面のシートが破れて、剥がれてきました。200℃までは大丈夫な筈なので、熱のせいではなく、寿命だったとは思います。PETGの定着が良すぎたのを、雑に剥がしていたのが一因かもしれません。今は、へらを使って丁寧に取るように心掛けています。 もしかしたら、シートを剥がして、Bambu Labの高温プレートシートを貼って使えるかもしれませんが、手間とコストを考えると、この商品を買ってしまう方が良いと思います。 裏面（？）のテクスチャープレートも使えるし、とても良い商品です。

No issues with adhesion on my p1s, works perfectly. One thing to note, you must keep a smooth plate clean. Wash with warm dish soap and water occasionally, and wipe down with isopropyl alcohol between prints. If your fingers leave marks, clean it. Great product.

I didnt have high expectations of it but everything about the description is false. Item arrived. and placed it right onto my x1c. Printed ABS from KVP on it with 110C bed temp Print took 12 hours and when print ended it was left in printer for an hour to cool. bed temp when removed was 35C parts popped off and i noticed some warp in my parts, i then noticed the bed pei coming up where the parts were so the pei is what failed which caused my parts to warp.. ill be returning for a refund.

Bambu Lab用に購入しましたが、このIdeaFormerのPEIプレートは想像以上に薄く感じました。両面使えるのは便利ですが、特にスムーズPEIの光面は数回使用しただけで定着が悪くなり、まともに使えなくなってしまいました。テクスチャー面は今のところ問題ありませんが、この耐久性でこの価格は正直高すぎると感じます。改善を期待します。
