I was recommended this brace by my podiatrist. I have a longitudinal tear in my longus tendon. This brace gives me lateral stability. My pain has definitely decreased. Hopefully I won’t need surgery. The brace won’t heal the tendon, but from the lateral stability the brace gives me it will decrease the swelling and possibly the tendon will stop catching in the tendon canal. Therefore less irritation and edema. I recommend the brace if foot/ankle stability is needed.

It’s comfortable, it gives good stability to keep from turning your ankle, it fits in my shoes and very affordable. Yeah it could use some instructions on how to install it on your foot. Once you figure it out, it becomes easier to put on. I’ve been wearing it for at least eight hours a day and don’t feel any discomfort from wearing it all day. I mostly walk and don’t play sports while wearing it. It’s been two months or so since I sprained my ankle and already wore a cast to immobilize my ankle for a month so it feels a lot better. We’ll see what happens in another month of use. I recommend it’s use for the stability it provides.

This ankle brace is really supportive. It's the 3rd one I've tried. The others that just stretch and Velcro just didnt have enough support for my sprained ankle that I didn't have much choice but to walk on. The only thing I wish it had was actual laces for more stability.

Horrible. Impossible to even put on. I looked everywhere, and there are NO reliable instructions. The ones that were there, Sheen to be written for a completely different product. Another crap item from China Do NOT buy

They were too small for me. They were returned.

Brace was great fit perfect and was secure while flexible enough to move without rolling ankle. The material was breathable felt good light no irritation good support good quality material.

Perhaps works better for smaller foot. Didn’t help me.

Purchased for high gradeATFL/CFL tear. I've tried a couple of other braces that did little to help. This brace actually works. is comfortable and my shoe still fits!
