Terrible product!
I badly wanted to love these, as they were exactly what I was looking for in a Bluetooth iem module. But sadly as many other reviewers have said in various places around the net, STAY AWAY from them. They are either being plagued by poor battery chemistry (supplier) or there's bugs in the charging firmware. I've tried two sets now and both (the second being worse) have been plagued by battery charging/runtime problems. I've tried everything to reset them, to no avail. I was talking with fiio support person, still no help. Sadly I'll have to look at other options.

Great product
I enjoy being able use use my iems wireless. And these are the best I've seen for the money. They appear to be constructed well. Magnets for charging seem to be strong. And should of course is much better than any other earbuds in my opinion.

"Finally, some good f# food" - the only truly good TWS adapter I've used.
Tired of your KZ TWS adapter, with its high noise floor, latency issues, and poor codec support? I certainly was, I ended up buying these after being severely disappointed with both the KZ AZ09 and AZ20, being not just the cheapest offering I could find that wasn't KZ, but the only one I could find from a brand that hasn't burned me in the past. And other than one quirk, these have yet again failed to disappoint me. Yes, if you caught that double negative, I am very happy with them. LDAC, no latency issues, good fit around the ear, easy connectivity that so far seems consistent, no questioning whether the case lid would properly turn them off like with the KZs, and most surprisingly, EVERYTHING, save for the ear loops and hinge, seems to be pot moulds of magnesium, I think I felt my eyes pop out of my skull when I first saw that the case wasn't all plastic. Granted, given the all metal shells of both my FiiO KA15 and my BTR17, I honestly shouldn't be that surprised that they're consistent about that. There was only one thing I had an issue with, the reason they're four and not five stars, and I solved that with some effort; the metal colored rings that mark each side at the connector, are way too big, both of my current IEMs failed to fit on with them in place. I had to dig at them with my nails pretty roughly to rip them off, and the IEMs fit perfectly after that; Not just any IEMs, two of the most popular sub hundred dollar choices, being the Truthear Hexa, and the Moondrop CHU 2, yes I know this costs more than both of those IEMs combined. So if they don't fit the sockets on those with the color rings on, there is likely a pretty large pool of IEMs that won't fit on these without at least ripping those rings off. Of course, do it at your own risk, my set ended up being fine but there is always the chance you could end up ripping the connector off, it's really that tight of a fit.

Not an Audio enthusiast product
Ldac does not work, not suitable if goal is decent audio Aptx or AAC isn't good enough Aptx adaptive isn't on pixel or Samsung either. Maybe future firmware will fix LDac but as is, not good enough Fits well, I use it with the TV but that all it's capable of .

Truthear needs longer .78 2-pin. Not worth for the money
Not bad mic and audio quality is ok but the volume is very low. Truthear brand needs longer .78 2-pins. Barely functional for me.

Get the MMCX version, that one worked GREAT for me
I don't know if I got a dude or this 0.78 pin version is just a one-off dude, but I got the MMCX version of this and it shipped fast and worked perfectly Then I had the same expectations of the 0.78 dual pin version of the same thing. This 0.78 pins version was a dude. It charged very slowly and instead of a white front light it was red. I noticed also that this unit had three brass charge ports on the bottom side of the headphone earpieces and the earpieces wouldn't charge unless they made contact with the charge case and a piece of plastic was removed from the bottom of both earpieces covering the three buttons. The mmcx version didn't have this and charged inductive, so its liie the 0.78 version was a prototype/earlier version. The documents said the same thing as the MMCX version, but the hardware is definitely different and by my estimation, inferior. I don't fault the seller, it is a fiio issue or supply chain issue. So mmcx version of this, good; 0.78 dual pin version, baaaad at least for me. I thought about ordering another one but Amazon already has me on the short list for too many returns so I don't want to risk ANOTHER return (plus I don't buy used versions of products on Amazon anymore as alot of my returns were those. But this product was shrinkwrapped new, just seemingly a dud/oddball from the factory (i hope...) again, not a seller issue its a manufacturer issue or QA from the factory or they simply sell inferior versions as 0.78 dual pin and the good ones/better ones are mmcx.

These are great.
Trying to balance out the bad reviews. These make multi driver IEMs sound amazing. You MUST go into the FiiO app and increase the volume there manually. You have 4 separate volumes going on. 1. Your phone/device volume. 2. 3 independent volumes in the app. Music, tones, and calls. If you increase the music one to full or one notch below that’s when you get great power for multi driver IEMs. Connection quality is solid. Case is metal and premium. Hooks charge wirelessly within the case. Plenty of room for large IEMs. Case is gigantic you won’t keep it in your pocket unless you have cargo pants. Other thoughts: 2 pin connectors is outdated and needs replaced. Not all IEMs are created equally and some fall off the hook VERY easily. We need some kind of locking mechanism, or a way to screw them in, anything that could secure them besides just the pressure of the pins in the holes.

Great and meh at the dame time
They work great but are apparently made for people with tiny ears. Mine are not. Looping them over my ears cause them to fit at a weird angle, pulling the earbuds out my my ear canals a little, causing them to fit less snugly than they should.
