I made bread in this sage 6 qt round bread oven and it came out beautifully. It is perfect size for a round loaf. I also purchased the 5.5 qt dutch oven in the same color and brand. The lid from the 5 .5 qt dutch oven fits the bottom brasier pan of this round bread oven. This means that the bread oven bottom can work as brasier pan on the stove top and in the oven with a tight fitting flat lid. It can also be used to serve on the table with this lid. The bottom of the bread oven is the same dimensions as the Rossallini 2.25 qt brasier pan. So in purchasing both I have a 5.5 qt dutch oven, a round 6 qt bread oven and 2.25 qt brasier pan w/lid. I offer this for those looking for versatility in a brand where pieces can be used in multiple way with interchangeable pieces. It was an unexpected but wonderful bonus. I love the color and the functionality.

I adore this and it makes the best bread too…..good value for money and look impressive.

This is a very nice cast iron for bread baking. It is a nice color and even has different handles (silver and gold) for whatever style matches your kitchen better. It is solid and has the typical weight of cast iron, but the inside is that smooth enamel finish. So far I have not had any issues with things sticking. The lid fits tightly and creates that Dutch oven steam effect, giving the bread a nice consistency. It holds the heat well and distributes it throughout the baking process. The only down side for me with this is the lid. It is very large, which can be good or bad. It allows for the bread to rise and gets the steam treatment. However it is not easily stored as it is bulky. It also can not be used upside down due to the handles. Besides that it works great for what it was designed for and looks good doing it.

I own (and love) other Rossellini products and was so thrilled to see they came out with bread ovens! I’ve been using a regular enameled Dutch oven for baking my loaves, and I can already tell this is a massive upgrade. This size is perfect for my “everyday” round loaf and will be the new workhorse in my kitchen. This would be SUCH a nice gift for the sourdough bread maker in your life!

My first bread from my bread oven!!! I bought this bread oven because of where it was made, Italy❤️I do not understand why more people are not buying this bread oven. I have another brand of one and this one is the one I reach to bake in all the time. What a first class bread oven this is!!

This ROSSALLINI Signature Enameled Cast Iron Sourdough Bread Oven | Non-Stick with Tight Fitting Lid for Perfect Baking and Bread Making | 6QT Round Oven With Lid [Sage Green] is really nice. The cast iron is quality, and the pot itself is very heavy. The sage green enamel is gorgeous, and there is absolutely no chipping! This pot is great for bread baking, however, I still use my silicone mats to make it easier to pull the bread out and keep my pans clean. The pan can go into the oven up to 500 degrees. This lid fits very tightly, so this is the perfect pan if you want to cook anything that rises! The pan itself is perfect for roasting as well since it is so shallow. I have made chicken pot pie in this pan with puff pastry, and it turned out excellent. This product is great because you can use it in a variety of different ways. It makes the perfect size round bread loaf.

I love this bread oven! First off the color and design is beautiful(sage green)! The enameled interior made it really easy to clean up after baking. The lid fits tight and cooked my loaf perfectly. I wouldn't say this oven is versatile and I would only use it specifically for baking bread. I got a nice rise and golden crust and I would say that's a win!
