OK alarm. Stiil ok after a year.
I have just installed the system. & PIR and 7 switches.Relatively straight forward for the pairing to switches, PIRs and fobs.I can only get two zones working. "Out arm" and "Stay arm" out arm being inactive when home alarm set. So I have selected out arm for inside PIRs and Stay arm for door switches. The setup for wifi is a bit more complicated but the instructions are better than most Chinese instructions, In fact other than there being no info on setting up the zones the instructions are OK. Zones are referenced on the phone app and you can give them names but I cant see how to tag them to a sensor.Overall the supplied equipment is very good. I have seen the same system for sale under the DIGOO label.I cannot give any comment about support cos I have not used them.It works .I purchased a different system a few days ago and sent it back same day because of broken PIRs and note that that system you needed the reference numbers to set up the system. This system is much better.Lookup on youtube "DIGOO Wireless Home Security System" for more info.If I needed another alarm system I would get the same again and recommend this system.ps dont know about the battery life yet but the design looks OK. ie does not use PP9 batteries.PPS Worked out the zonesIn the app each zone is actually just a label for that device. so if PIR in hall is sensor no 3 give it the zone name "hall" and this is recorded in the log.GMS phone. I have had problems here . It didnt work. SIM card insertion orientation does not seem logica. Looking at the unit the sim goes in connection side up and cut off corner up and left. And push right in.My alarm did not work with a 3 sim but works with an Asda sim (ee) With it working very impressed. sends text message and phone message as well as internet message. I wonder why 3 sim doesnt work?. Three sim does not support 2G which this unit uses.1 year on.Had the system running for one year now. No complaints. Just changed the batteries in the PIR as some had stopped working. The ones in the busy areas go first. Just changed the lot. Window/door switches still ok on the original batteries.

Seems to have zero interference/jamming detection
The manufacturing quality is very good for this alarm system. The manual is ok as far as instructions go. I found the App easy to use but would have preferred to be able to enter a WIFI key without needing it - and if it could just send email alerts instead of needed an App. It is nice that it can work entirely without internet just using SMS, giving good isolation from other things on your network. The main reason I returned this for refund - I found after a few basic tests it could not detect signal interruption or jamming on a sensor. This is very important for a 433MHz device, the equipment is cheap to get and it could easily lose contact just due to other 433MHz stuff. That would be a false alarm, but a useful alert to get, you could move, switch off or replace the interfering devices.

Better than expected - Very happy with purchase.
Saw the mixed reviews for this item, however decided to try. Very happy with purchase. A few points to make the set-up of the system easier:1) Yes this might sound strange but go to the Digoo website and download the app, makes set-up of the system so much simpler, same alarm just sold by different supplier, or download user manual and scan Q-code to get app.2) When using app to add devices give each device a unique number. Devices are not grouped by type but are classed as unique by the number.3) Love the alarms easy communication with the app, easy to see state of alarm at any time.4) GSM was easy to set-up with txt messages etc5) Plug in siren really loud

Wireless Siren not working
Have bought this everything is running as it should except the wireless siren, This beeps and flashes when you try to pair it but it doesn't do anything else! followed all instructions to the letter and the settings are all ok just seems the siren is faulty other than that I would give it 5*I've messaged the seller about this and waiting for a reply hopefully it can be fixed :)

Nice unit, poor wireless range
Nice looking unit that is easy to set up and pair devices to. All was well until I tried to pair the door sensor on my conservatory door and found it was out of range of the hub. The specifications say that the range should be at least 80 meters but the distance between the door and the unit was less than 10. I tried it on the upstairs windows, same problem. I live in a normal brick build house with normal electronic devices and other users might be fine but it wouldn't work for me. Good support from the factory but they were unable to help. Very disappointed, returned for a refund.

Well worth the price.
So after reading the reviews I was not 100% sure but I bought one any way. So very good value for money you get a lot included which separate would cost so price is awsome. From unboxing to having it installed took less then an hour no joke. Pairing the door or pir is dead easy to set up and I tested every sensor and it works. The siren is loud the app is easy to use lets you arm/disarm change settings so download the app to. Overall it is worth the cost and worth knowing your secured.

Used item
Second item from this of this make both front panel heavily scratched, had an event log from Mar/july 2019, battery not holding charge, any key brings up call window, should be call key. Sold as New but is clearly not. How can you rely on a used item for security when it may have been returned as faulty/repaired.

Very pleased
I bought this last weekend and when I took it out the box and seen how easy it was to set the window/door sensors up I thought this is to easy and it was if you don't give each sensor a different number you just wipe the one before it off the system not really explained in the manual which to be honest might as well not exist but still very easy to set up from the panel, sticky back strips not the best door and one window keep falling off so I need better strips but despite this I'm really pleased with this alarm for the price and easy to install you would be mad not to have one
