Heavy Duty Tool!
I love this little leather press! It's powerful and easy to use. Extremely heavy duty. I wish I'd have picked one of these up years ago, it would have saved me a lot of time! It's definitely worth the investment, and should last the rest of my life. I purchased a metal stand for it and added large caster wheels, which allows it to be moved easily and set at the correct height to work with. I recommend it, a really nice tool if you work with leather!

Hard to maintain, no technical support.
Machine gets stuck, comes poorly lubricated.When customer support was contacted, I received no answer.Will definitely not buy and I'm now looking to get rid of it as the return window closed.

Well constructed and easy to operate.
The construction of this press was very impressive as it was well made. It’s built from steel plate material and it’s fairly heavy which would help hold it in place while in use. The two things that made it not practical for why I got it was that the shaft slightly rotates when using it, and one of the rocker arms wasn’t making contact with the associated bearing ok the handle mechanism. Still, if you’re only using it to press or cut leather it should be fine unless you need to use stamps for stamping leather with it.

Great quality leather die press. It works very well!
I purchased this one after having a bad experience with another brand. This unit is much better quality, nothing is warped, and it is pretty easy to adjust. I've used it so far to cut leather earrings from a die. It does the job great and applies pressure evenly. The other brand I had was not consistent and had more pressure on one side than the other. I'd recommend this style press for sure.

To make sure that it is the right size for how you will use it for.
It works well, but it was not as large as I expected.

Disappointed
I’ve used it twice and now I cannot get the piece at the top to press onto the leather. I looked for product support and it talks about an on and off switch- THIS IS MANUAL!The two times I cut leather it was awesome!
