I was debating between getting the rustic Brown or the Ash gray color but settled on the ash gray.I was able to assemble it mostly myself and then enlisted the help of someone to attach the upper section to the lower section. It took me the span of 3 days or so, but I was taking my time a few hours sprinkled throughout the day and I was using a Phillips screwdriver rather than electric drill.The instructions which came with the cabinet were very easy to follow. I had never assembled a cabinet like this before.Cabinet is heavy once it's fully assembled. It took a little bit of time to adjust some of the cabinet doors so they are somewhat even.There was a defect with one of the bottom cabinet doors . The door had handle holes drilled on the incorrect side. I also had a defective handle.The seller was able to rectify the issue by sending me the correct parts to replace the defective ones, which was great.To anyone debating on purchasing this cabinet, I would recommend once you receive the cabinet to start building it to make sure you have all the parts and/or to see if there's any defective parts.I had an excellent customer service experience with the seller. The Ash gray cabinet looks super sharp with chrome/silver cabinet handles. If I would have gone with the rustic Brown I don't think the chrome would look as good.I was really surprised by how that turned out. I have included photos with the original handles and what I changed it to.Overall I really like this cabinet. It works really well in the kitchen. Part of me wishes this was solid wood instead of particle board but it looks very nice for what it is made out of.Based on my experience that I had with the seller thar gives this product a five star.

This pantry cabinet thing is wonderful. The instructions were pretty easy to follow but make sure you pay close attention to the details, i ended up putting one of the back pieces on backwards so you can see the hardware from the front, but it works great regardless.The doors are easy to be crooked if you dont follow the ending part of the instructions carefully, either. there are separate screws and holes for being able to move the doors up/down/in/out/tilted.you definitely need two people to assemble this, the final step is lifting half of the pantry onto the bottom half, and it’s heavy. Attempting to assemble it entirely on my own resulted in me breaking one of the boards.two of the parts came with small cracks and a couple misprints to the texture. When I reached out to support, they offered to replace both of those defective boards *and* even offered to replace the board i broke during assembly with no extra charge. the warehouse didnt have spare parts though so they just sent me an *entire* pantry instead.the 5/5 star rating is for both the product and the seller. This thing is beautiful and sturdy. It comes with wall supports too so the pantry cant tip forward so it’s even more sturdy. And my little ziploc dispenser that I got fits literally perfectly in the drawer.I’ve never had a seller go as above and beyond for me especially when part of it was my own fault like this.i can finally invest in some real dishes 😂

SECOND UPDATE: we received the product quickly. This second product was in MUCH better condition and the shipping box was even more secure than previously. No cosmetic or structural damage to the second product. The customer service was incredibly kind, helpful, and quick to resolve the issues with the first product. Updating the rating as well. FIRST UPDATE: we received a fast response from the seller. They were incredibly helpful and understanding and sent a new product. Will update the review once the new product is received and put together!This (original)product had several cosmetic issues including chipped pieces and scratches. Because they appeared mostly cosmetic We tried to put it together anyways and could not. Despite watching a video, reading instructions repeatedly, and looking under the troubleshoot tab on this Amazon page the pieces clearly lack structural integrity required to put it together. The premade holes on several spots were too large for the screw the instructions advised on. The top shelves were very heavy compared to the connectors pieces and if we moved them at all to put on an additional piece they would fall out ripping holes in the process. The pieces for the drawer didn’t line up correctly and at least three pieces were missing numbers. I have messaged the seller.

My house doesn't have a pantry or anywhere to put dry goods. This has a good amount of storage and it wasn't too difficult to put together. We haven't had any issues with it. Hopefully it lasts.

Took a good bit of time to put together by myself. But worth it.The one thing I can’t stand is the hole placement for the cords. Why the middle? But whatever.Great storage. Able to fit all of our dogs supplies, store extra kitchen appliances, and my husbands “junk drawer” perfectly. It’s functioning as our “charging station”. I actually screwed down a surge protector outlet strip and it’s perfect for charging kids tablets and hubbys work phone. Still enough room to add a small keurig. Love it.

I absolutely love my new cabinet pantry. It really looks so good in my kitchen. It's got plenty of room to hold lots of your favorite food. It really didn't take to long to put together

Some of the parts showed signs of wear, and the original packaging was damaged when it arrived. Overall, very poor quality and a frustrating experience from start to finish.
