Where should the long and short hitch pins be installed?

Use the short hitch pin to secure the ball mount to your vehicle's hitch receiver, and the long hitch pin to attach the dual-ball assembly to the ball mount.

What if the short hitch pin doesn't fit my receiver because it's too short?

Try removing the O-ring before installing the pin. If it's still too short, just reach out to us, and we'll send you the long hitch pin.

What should I do if the ball is loose?

If the trailer ball becomes loose, it can still be used by applying thread locker to the M12 threads in the ball joint bore and retightening it securely. If still persists, please reach to us, and we will arrange to send you a brand new item.
