This is a set of 12 colored pencils that has little monsters on the pencils. They come pre-sharpened, which is nice. They're supposed to be scented, and I do detect a little fruity scent, but I don't find them to be super scented. Overall, they're a fun little find!

The wrapping of each pencil is cool. The scents are not very strong through.

The box that arrived was about the size of an 8 pk of crayons. I was expecting something a lot bigger. The pencils themselves are very thin. They do come presharpened and have a monster theme. The scent is okay, you practically have to stick the pencil up your nose to smell anything. Some of the scents are strange and they don't go together. It's okay for what it is.

I use scented products a lot in my classroom from scented glue sticks to scented markers. So when I saw this option to use scented colored pencils I just had to order them. But unfortunately they do not have a scent no matter if I try to smell them before use or on the paper afterwards. The colors deposit well and the pencils are quite pretty, but since I got them for their smell I was rather disappointed.

my son was so excited to pick out his school supplies for the school year, however we were a little late to the game and by the time we got to it, many of the supplies were sold out at our local store. we immediately went to amazon for some last minute shopping and these monster colored pencils popped up as a suggestion so we ordered them! they are so cute and unique and my son loves that his don't get mixed up with everyone else's. they work as expected. would be a great gift!

This is a set of 12 different colored pencils. I wouldn't use this as party favors. What are you going to do? Give each kid a single pencil? It's a good set for coloring in books and they do have a very light scent.

Colored good but had to put my nose directly on the paper just to get a faint whiff of a scent that only lasted for one smell

A great set of colouring pencils for kids, they are just as good as the branded ones. They state "pre-sharpened" as a selling point.. I might be missing something but all pencils I have bought in the past have been pre-sharpened.These pencils are just as good as cra..... the branded ones and the little designs on the top are a really really nice touch that the kids loved. They really enjoy using these pencils over any of there other ones... purely for the little characters.They are being marketed for Halloween but I don't see why, the characters are not overly Halloween-y and are great all year round

These pre-sharpened pencils are great fun for the kids, they absolutely loved getting their hands on them and straight to drawing. I’m glad to see the price has come down a bit, £10 seems a bit too expensive. Great quality, definitely recommended.

This is a selection of 12 children's colouring pencils being sold, at the time of this review (minus the discounts) for £9.99. Being at a premium these pencils would have to be unique and for the USP to really standout so that you know you've purchased something special and not just a regular set of pencils.Sadly I do not feel that these pencils have hit the marker with regards to standing out. Once you've opened the box you are immediately greeted with a scented punch to the senses, however that is all you really get from these pencils. Taken out of the box you cannot detect any scent whatsoever other then the wood used in the making of the pencils themselves.For a Unique Selling Point (USP) being scented pencils that feature really needs to be the star of the show. The fact is that the scent is too subtle or non existent to warrant the higher price.The colours are nice, the monsters are cute and you get a decent amount of pigment per pencil, they are sadly not special enough to be around 3x the price of other brands with a similar pencil count including well known trusted brands. Sadly I wouldn't recommend them, based on the price and quality of the product and underperforming in their USP.
