I'M SURPRISED HOW WELL THIS WORKS
Update: After taking two of these, the night of 8/26, I felt somewhat lethargic yesterday. I didn't notice when I first woke up, but it became evident as the day unfolded. So last night (8/27), I only took one Unisome. So here I am at after 10am the morning of the 28th, and feeling well. No lack of energy. And I got to sleep quickly last night and slept very well. I use a smart watch to track my sleep (among other things), and it actually showed me sleeping better than the night before. This should help me start getting to sleep at an earlier hour, which is one of my priorities. So I believe I've finally hit on a sleep aid that has exceeded my expectations and I'll be using for some time to come. Original Review: I just got this yesterday, so last night was my only experience with it so far. I'm 210 pounds and I'm not normally particularly sensitive to medication, so I took two of them. They took around 45 to 60 minutes to hit, but once they did, they hit hard. When I started to feel it, I rolled over and I was out. In all fairness, I'd taken a 12mg melatonin and some heart meds about 30 minutes before taking the Unisom, so I don't know what roll they played in it. But I do know that I got to sleep faster, and stayed asleep longer with the Unisom. I got up three times for a bathroom run during the night, but each time, I got back to sleep right away upon returning to bed. I didn't have any dreaming with it, at least none that I remember. I'm going to try taking one tonight. I'll update this review with the results of the reduced dosage, tomorrow. In the meantime, Unisom gets two thumbs from me.

Effective sleep aid when I need it most — works quickly but use carefully
started using Unisom SleepTabs on nights when my mind wouldn’t shut off or after rough travel days. One tablet about 30 minutes before bed usually helps me fall asleep faster and stay asleep through the night. It’s straightforward — no weird taste since I swallow it with water, and the small size is easy to take. The next morning I feel rested without that heavy hangover some other sleep aids leave. It’s been reliable for occasional use when I really need to reset my sleep. One thing I’ve noticed is that if I take it too late or combine it with other things, the drowsiness can carry over a bit into the morning. I stick to using it only when necessary and give myself a full night’s sleep. These are a good option for adults who need short-term help with occasional sleeplessness and don’t want melatonin or something that builds tolerance quickly. Not ideal if you have to wake up very early or are sensitive to antihistamines.

Helps to get back to schedule
These are perfect, very small size and I just take one when I really need to get back on my sleeping schedule, wife takes it when she has a stressful day. Definitely helps to easy to sleep and I don’t feel out of it the next morning which is a plus. I definitely want to say it’s strong but not overly especially if you not relying on them every night this is fantastic choice. They don’t taste like nothing and easy to go down with water. Been super helpful to both of us when we need it.

Works well for pregnancy sleep issues
Started using this at the recommendation of my doctor during my first trimester for sleep Issues. Works great! I read in a pregnancy Reddit thread start with a half a tablet to test out the strength and I also recommend that because a half was enough to put me out for the night. Didn’t feel groggy in the morning, didn’t create any other sleeping issues when I wasn’t taking it.

Reliable Nighttime Sleep Aid for Restful Sleep
Rating: ★★★★☆ Unisom SleepTabs with Doxylamine Succinate are a dependable option for those struggling with occasional sleeplessness. This over-the-counter sleep aid helps you fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer, making it a go-to choice for many who need a little extra help winding down at night. Pros: 1. Effective Sleep Aid – Helps you fall asleep and stay asleep through the night. 2. Non-Habit Forming – Can be used occasionally without the risk of dependence. 3. Long-Lasting – Works for a full night’s rest, helping you wake up refreshed. 4. Small, Easy-to-Swallow Tablets – No chalky taste or large pills to struggle with. 5. Great for Travel or Jet Lag – Useful for adjusting sleep schedules when needed. Cons (Realistic, but Not Negative): 1. Can Cause Grogginess in the Morning – Some users may feel a bit drowsy after waking up, so it’s best to take it when you can get a full night’s rest. 2. Not for Frequent Use – Works well for occasional sleeplessness, but long-term sleep issues may require a different approach. 3. Takes a Bit of Time to Kick In – Unlike some sleep aids, this may take 30-60 minutes to start working, so plan accordingly. Conclusion: Unisom SleepTabs are a solid choice for occasional sleeplessness, offering a non-habit-forming way to achieve restful sleep. While it may cause slight grogginess for some, it’s an effective solution when used responsibly. Perfect for those nights when you just need a little extra help drifting off!

Helps Me Sleep Through the Night
These tablets help not only with falling asleep faster, but also with sleep fragmentation. I take half a tablet, and I’m able to sleep through the entire night without waking up, usually for about 8 hours. There can be some mild drowsiness in the morning, but for me it goes away once I get moving and have a cup of coffee. It doesn’t interfere with my normal daily activities or driving. However, keep in mind that this is not something to use for more than a few days in a row. There can be side effects, as well as a risk of developing dependence.

Effective Sleep Medication
I use unison quite a bit for my insomnia and I prefer the doxylamine to diphenhydramine. It is very effective to help you fall asleep and is strong enough to give a good nights sleep and I don’t feel groggy the next day .
