Nice table, but a challenge to assemble
I was very impressed when I opened the box containing this stand. It was much nicer and better quality than I was expecting. Until I saw it in person, I thought that it was overpriced, and I still think that the price is too high, but I was really expecting much lower quality based on the photo in the listing. When I read other reviews, I often wonder about people who struggle to assemble something, so now its your turn to wonder about me: In principle, attaching the top to the stand seems like it should be super easy, but I had a heck of a time getting the bolts that attach the top to the stand to cooperate with me. There was, perhaps, a bit of a warp in the table (although when I finally got it together, it looked great—it was fine). I made the mistake of installing the bolts on one end of the top completely (which seemed easy) before I moved to the other side. Then, when I tried to attach the bolts on the other side, those bolts would not draw down. Worse still, the nut slipped inside the small protrusion intended to hide it on the bottom of the table so that I couldn’t get hold of the nut to unscrew it so that I could try again. The little warp I referred to was especially problematic at that point, because the top of the table spread apart from the base at one end and drew the nut into the protrusion more.I probably didn’t have the right tools, really—a clamp to squish the pieces together so that the nut was exposed would have helped. In the end, I managed to squeeze the pieces together with one hand hard enough so that I could wrangle the nuts off with a pair of flat nosed pliers (no way of using a wrench to get the nut out of the protrusion) so that I could try again. I ended up taking all four bolts out, and reinstalled them all at the same time. I put each nut on and made sure that the bolt would draw down merely by screwing the bolt with my screwdriver. That was the key. (It seemed to me (in my ignorance, perhaps) that it mattered which way I put the nut on…but I had to attach them and experiment before I realized that the bolt would draw down without holding on to the nut, if I installed it correctly.) Once I had that figured out, I went around from bolt to bolt and merely screwed each one a little at a time until all four were firmly attached. It may be that I was a bit of a dunce about the whole business (I’m sure some of you are laughing), but hopefully my admissions will help you. :) I hope I’ve explained clearly enough to be helpful to someone. The stand is sturdy and looks great, but I think the whole process should have been easier.

Very short, made to use while sitting- 6 inches below usual ironing board height
Very low, made to use while sitting. 6 inches below the usual ironing board height.I ended up returning and buying a DOEWORKS 4 Tire Storage Shelf Steel Wire Shelving Rack Metal Heavy Duty Rack for Kitchen Garage Closet Pantry Laundry Bathroom, White Utility Rack.I put two 5 gallon water jugs on the bottom shelf to stabilize it, and it works great, and set my press on top.Works great.

A plus+
I've had this thing for years now and it still looks great. I use the iron on a daily basis so it stays set up. I do move it from room to room, it takes down very easily. It makes ironing much easier since I don't have to keep it in one spot or put it on a table. The stand is definitely a plus to have.

Too low to the ground to be of much use.
This stand is well-built but is extremely low to the ground and slacks adjustments. My wife is only five feet tall and it was too short for her. I had to send mine back. Well made but has very little use.

Works but short
