JUKMO Men's 1.5" Ratchet Nylon Tactical Work Belt

About me - I've been an "EDC" guy for many, many years now. Currently EDC a Shield 2.0 strong side hip in a kydex IWB with a spare mag OWB. If I'm dressed, it's with me. I wear a 34" waist size and typically buy pants and shorts a size larger to allow for IWB carry. I ordered this belt in a size medium. It arrived nicely packaged and boxed up, it includes a small drawstring carrying pouch. Following the directions, I trimmed 2" off which still allows for a perfect fit. I could probably take off another inch or so, but it's fine now as is. First off I was impressed by how stiff this belt was in terms of vertical rigidity, probably due to the repeating ridges that allow it to ratchet. An EDC belt has to be rigid to support weight and keep things where they belong, consistently. So far, so good. Operation is simple. Feed it through and pull it to tighten, it ratchets and locks in place automatically. Where this belt really shines is the ability to adjust it on the fly. The small lever on top of the buckle unlocks the ratchet and allows you to loosen the belt. I found that that it works extremely well for minute adjustments. You can quick - click the lever and it will release one notch at a time allowing you to instantly dial in the perfect fit. Time will tell as far as durability and longevity, but for the low price, especially compared to similar "name brand" belts, I'd be happy if it lasts a year and I'd buy it again. In fact I'm probably going to buy a second one just to have a spare. Five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Edit: Update, I bought a second belt in Coyote and they are both in regular rotation now.

I was a little hesitant to order this belt, because although described as a “ratchet belt”, which has become a loosely used catch phrase for any belt without holes, it did not appear to have the embedded ratchet track which serves to lock the belt in place. However, the belt itself is made with sturdy and pronounced ridges which serve the same purpose as the track. As the belt is pulled through the buckle, you can hear the definitive click as it passes through each potential locking position, making precise adjustment just a matter of reaching the right “click”. Releasing it is easy as well, with the press of a little trigger mechanism on the buckle. Both the belt and the buckle appear to be quality made, and it comes beautifully packaged in a little drawstring pouch inside of nice gift box. It’s easy to adjust the size by just removing the belt from the buckle and trimming it to fit. Just make sure to heat the cut end to seal the nylon and prevent unraveling before placing it back into the buckle It holds well during the course of the day, although there is some stretching which is to be expected with nylon. If it stretches too much, it’s just a matter of pulling the loose end of the belt another click or two. Otherwise, once locked into position, I haven’t noticed any slippage in the ratcheting system. I’m quite satisfied with this purchase as the belt serves two very important features I look for in a belt. First, it looks good, and second, and perhaps even more importantly, it holds my pants up.

I wasn't looking for a tactical belt, just one that looks good and fits snugly. I really like the way this belt can be tightened in very small increments with a sort of ratchet mechanism, unlike traditional buckle belts with holes. When I wore it for the first time, the release mechanism was unfamiliar and I had to fiddle around. Now opening it is second nature. I also like the simple way it can be shortened if necessary. This belt is unlike anything I've worn before and now it's my daily belt. Highly recommended.

I have bought three of these now. It is my go-to belt. I like how easy it is to use and quick to put on and take off. Very secure when on. I like that it is not stretchy so keeps clothes up and shirt tucked in.

i got the belt in size-Medium in color- coyote which is a rich beige that i like. i suggest using your inseam for your pants and measure the length of your favorite belt if you got one to get you the best belt size the first time. keep in mind it's really easy to shorten the belt, so get the belt a little longer if your unsure, and shorten it ip to your liking when you get it. i measured my really old belt, and it was a little shorter than this one, so i cut a little off and I'm very happy with the the length now. the belt has a strong firm feel, but yet flexible to thread through your belt loops, which fit my needs well, as i hang lot's of water on my belt for dog walks in hot weather along with my cell ohone. the belt look good in coyote color, but you have some good color options for your fashion needs. it's very easy to release the belt on the Buckle and cut/trim it's square end off to adjust the length leaving the nice finished round end alone. I love it's so easy to wear too as you just push the belt through the Buckle and the internal ratchet automatically grabs the belt firmly, and you can micro adjust it to get it where you need it, then pull the release lever on the Buckle when you want to remove the belt. it'd make a great work belt, or a firearms belt, or simply a nice everyday belt that you can micro adjust it for the just the right fit, as I've been using mine everyday now, and expect to get a long life out of it, so if you have a tough time finding the right length belt that never quite fits right, get this one and customize the length and enjoy the micro adjustment when you wear it, and enjoy a comfortable belt custimized for you, as there many lengths and color options to choose cfom. i may get some additional colors in the future. I was stressing about adjusting the jength, but ot turned out to be much easier than i thought to get the right length for me and ive been very happy with the belt after wearing it for a week now. ifcyou want a custom belt, you know to get this one now. it feels lightweight and very durable, a d comfortable to wear which suits me great as it holds up my pants with about 96 ounces of water bottles or so either hanging on the belt or in my pockets.

I'm an armed guard and a firearms instructor with a state dcjs accredited training academy. I didn't always feel the need to use a double duty belt system and often times prefer to use a rigid single belt with quick detach duty gear as I frequently need to switch out gear depending on what I'm doing at the time. This belt allows me to carry a basic compliment of holster and mag carrier without sagging or rolling over. It also allows for quick infinite adjustability on the fly. Just pull the end to tighten, flip the tab to release and loosen. Locks automatically. I liked the first one so much I bought another to use when not working and keep the other on my uniform pants. It's not perfect and they do relax a little over time but even in the worn state they're still more rigid that some other belts out there. Plus they're thinner than some of the major name brand belts which allows them to slip though gear slots and belt loops with speed and ease.

Great value tactical belt for the low price. The 1.5” nylon web is thick enough for secure conceal carry without being uncomfortably bulky. Automatic buckle works smoothly. Paint chips over time with heavy use, but overall a solid, reliable buy. Highly recommend.

My husband loves it. Since starting a new high demand job last year, he's gone through 3-4 belts. None of which have been durable and clearly not long lasting. After his most recent belt broke, I decided to order this one based on the thousands of great reviews. So far, hes raved about how wonderful this belt is. He says the adjustability is fantastic and that it will not budge at all without clicking that lever. He loves the convenience of the buckle as there are no holes and he can adjust it perfectly to his liking. Just based on what I have felt with the belt, it is a very thick and sturdy material and feels like this one should last a long, long time. We ordered it in black and it’s very sleek in appearance. He has had no issues in the belt coming loose at all throughout the day and loves how quick and easy it is to get on and off. If your blue collar husband needs a reliable belt that wont slip or break, get this!

I’m a big bloke and getting a belt to fit isn’t easy, I also wanted something robust and easy to use. It’s very well made, belt material is quite stiff but is easing up with use, I ordered a larger size so I could adapt it downwards. That was dead easy to do, just measured it up, removed the buckle, cut it with a craft knife and melted the new end. Popped it all back together and Job Done. It does take a little while to get used to the button on the ratchet belt but it’s great. Oh and it keeps my trousers up 😉
