I’ve been looking for years for a good supplement that is not fish based due to my severe fish allergies. I can tolerate this extremely well and I’m aware of all they have benefits, so I’m certainly not going to go without it. It looks like it’s a big capsule, but it’s very soft and easy to swallow. There’s no fishy smell. I feel like it does reduce inflammation overall.

Great quality product. Easy to swallow. No smell or fishy taste. I chose it because the ingredient levels were good taking even only one pill per day. I've been taking it for about four months and can tell a difference. This is a perfect alternative to fish oil.

Best vegan omega 3 supplement with highest levels of EPA and DHA per cap for price. My daughter has to take 9 a day to meet her doctors minimum 4000 mg a day requirement which is better than the 12 and 20 a day of other brands she had to take in the past. No fishy after taste.
