Ok guys!!!!! This is a miracle supplement. The only thing that works to stop HAIR LOSS, is DHT blocker, if the cause of your hair loss is hormonal, like pre post menopause. Or estrogen, testosterone imbalance. I had very long , very thick beautiful blond mane, very healhty all my life, and then with menopause i can say i lost half of it within a year. Hair still good, because i had so much, so not noticeable, but noticeable to me. Also, dryness and quality of hair changed. So i tried supplements, none of them work. Incredible product that actually does what is promised. I have lost so much hair for many years and this past January I thought for sure I’d be bald. I took a chance on these vitamins and received them 3/31/25 . I started taking them right away and today 4/10/25 I noticed minimal shedding both in the shower and brushing my hair afterwards. I wish I had known about these sooner!

So far so good. I've only been taking daily for a little over two weeks. Haven't really noticed much but no adverse side effects. I wish they could get the serving size down to two instead of three but no big deal.

I wish I could take them but it gave me serve headaches and dizziness. I took for 3 days and had to stop. I know it helps my hair as I wasn’t losing as much. I drank tons of water, then tried it with food. I might try in a few months again, which I will just take one a day instead of 2. Don’t know about skin as that wasn’t long enough for any results.

I’ve had great luck with this product . It covers all the other products I’ve been taking separately in 1 bottle . It has helped with my hair loss and hormone balance.

I have felt a major difference within one month of using this product. I have less everyday dry hair shedding, as well as significantly less shedding in the shower when washing my hair.
