This is a decent item. BUT Bird would not stop chirping and no quick way to turn it off or mute. I just needed a light / touch light. Not a an unpredictable chirping light that could be loud, alarming and annoying when touched.

Would not stay on. Returned it.
I left two stars because, if it had worked, I would have liked the style and functions. It didn't. I charged the battery as per instructions, but it would not stay on more than a half a minute and would shut off.

I love it!
I love this bird light. It gives color choices and brightness choices. Bright white light bothers my eyes so I have it on the yellow light at a lower setting which is perfect for me. I have been using my phone light while watching TV which has been anything but satisfactory. I think this would also make a great gift! It's so cute!

How to shut off bird chirping.
Adorable product. I didn't read in product description that this lamp chirps different bird songs, even jingle bells!. But how in the heck do I turn it off? All I did was plug into charger and touched the top of its head and its been chirping for 1/2 hour!!!! Did not see any comments on this or answer to my question. HELP!

If you like bird noise buy the one that makes the calls. IF Not get the other one. I bought both.
I was going to send it back because when I first got him I realized I was having a difficult time trying to turn off the bird sounds. So I moved him, I use him remotely I Love it, I use it on a table by my window for just a little night light I also bought the one that does not make bird calls for a little light on the night stand so If I have to get up in the night I just tap him.
