is this pure almond extract?

The Ingredients say: Water, Alcohol, and Bitter Almond Oil..If you look at a pure Vanilla Extract bottle it say's Vanilla Bean Extractives as the first item then in water, Alcohol and then sugar..It doesn't say anywhere on my bottle that's pure or imitation. So I'd go with NOT pure..Especially since the first ingredient is water..Hope that helps:-)

Does the cap have a dropper, how do you get just a few drops?

no dropper. You'll just have to pour a few drops into a spoon or the cap if you're afraid of over pouring. I just pour directly into my batters since most recipes call for at least 1 teaspoon.

Almond extract is so good!

Have not used yet, I am sure it will be fine

I only gave this 4 stars because the bottle was opened when I got it. There was no seal under the cap and no seal (plastic) around the cap on the outside so when it rolled around in the box some of the extract spilled out, all I can say about it is that is does smell good.
