I was truly skeptical, but this tool is amazing. After the first use I knew this was a keeper. It feels good on the skin and suds up well. The size was a perfect fit for the hand as well as getting into the grooves on your face. The only thing I was a little moved by was having to purchase the travel case separately. I had an issue with the base charging, but let me tell you....this company legit. They assisted me with my product asap. I changed my star rating to 5 stars!

I thought this was going to be gimmicky honestly and I didn’t have very high expectations, but it turns out to be a pretty amazing little machine. I can definitely see the difference on my face versus just using a washcloth. It’s a pretty cool little thing. I would definitely buy it if you don’t have one. It also self sanitizes which thought was a great feature. Highly recommended, and I’m not easy to please!

I could definitely feel a positive difference after several times using this product! My face definitely feels cleaner, and I no longer have any clogged pores, especially on my neck. This is so much better than using a washcloth or fingers to wash your face!

Definitely a must-buy for everyone!

While the scrubber seemed to do a fine job on my face, the charging base didn’t work. As the unit came charged, I only discovered this flaw about two weeks in to using the scrubber. I reached someone (something?) on Amazon’s on-line customer support service who suggested I make sure both the scrubber and the base “were free of debris.” After whipping both down throughly, the charging light on the base was working! I filled out my customer service survey enthusiastically, and as soon as I was done doing so, I glanced over to the base just in time to see the charging light flicker out and die. It hasn’t worked at all since, so I’m returning the device. Very disappointed…

My son loves it, and how it leaves his face feeling refreshed and clean. The vibration options are nice. It does get hot though on the bottom when charging or after charging which is a bit of a struggle to use right away.

This is an absolute winner. Combined with the right face wash it does an absolutely outstanding job of cleaning. My face actually feels clandestine and this hash gotten rid of all sorts of skin problems.
