My shoulders and arms were very painful and after using the spray before I went to bed the pain had subsided quite a bit. I use it in the morning after showering and last thing at night to keep the pain at bay!

No results at all so far maybe need to use for a longer period of time [been using for 4 days now] will review again in a few weeks.

I have only been using this product for a few days and already am feeling some benefit to very painful arthiritis in my fingers,hands and wrist.I struggle with everyday tasks such as bagging groceries,turning taps on and off, plugging in /disconnecting electrical items, all daily chores are carried out through gritted teeth with the pain and I felt so useless as I was also forever dropping/spilling things because my hands did not work effectively due to much pain. It affected my wellbeing also as I got upset thinking this was my future and medication I was prescribed was not helpful. I still have pain but can feel the degree of pain is lessening and I can function that bit more without needing to whince as much. It's only a few days into using the product and I feel very positive about the future, I will update a progress report in a months time after using this product twice daily as recommended.
