Garlic Cheddar Bread
This stuff is great! At first I was concerned about the color, but it actually made it fun. I made a batch of bread like I normally do added a few tablespoons of this, a teaspoon of fried garlic, a teaspoon roasted granulated garlic, topped it with egg wash and cheddar cheese. The color is funny. It reminds me of the orange fingers you get when you eat Cheetos or nacho cheese Doritos. My kids call it #Cheetobread lol. For lunch today I made a sandwich with smoked turkey, bacon, avocado ranch seasoning, cheddar cheese, lettuce and tomato. 😋 I'm very happy I made this purchase and I think I will purchase in the future again. This product is inexpensive for the amount you get. If you're swayed by the color then this isn't for you. It looks like you're typical Kraft mac and cheese powder. It has a nice cheddar flavor and is not salty. A little goes a long way. Also made some homemade cheddar mac n cheese with air fried chicken thighs, cantaloupe and a side salad (pictured). Super easy dinner. My kids said it tasted more creamy. The only thing I did different was adding 2 scoops of this cheddar powder. I pressure cooked 4 min 2 cups of macaroni, drained, added margarine, whole milk and 2 good handfuls of cheddar cheese, S&P, about 1 tbls of sugar and a few dashes of Badia complete. I can see how this could be used in a lot of other ways. Sprinkled on baked potatoes, air fried potatoes (pictured) or popcorn, maybe on some roasted broccoli...any root vegetables or soups. It's a fun way to add the flavor of cheese without the liquid and oil. This could never replace cheese if you're looking for ooey, gooey meltiness. This is a great substitute and can be used in many ways, plus it is shelf-stable. Try it.

Makes everything taste great
This is an awesome all-purpose cheese powder. I wanted to make my own box-style mac & cheese, so that I could use whole wheat pasta instead of the regular kind. This is perfect for that. Milk and butter are optional. I like to stir some cream cheese into the hot noodles, and then add this cheese powder, along with canned chicken or tuna, some steamed vegetables and various spices. It makes a quick, easy, and pretty healthy dinner. I see a lot of people fussing about the yellow food dye. Umm... that is a very extreme nitpick, in my opinion. Keep in mind, these are the same people who probably wouldn't think twice about throwing back an entire bucket of KFC.

Very handy to add a teaspoon to many things such as eggs, toast, or whatever you can imagine.
Very happy with this. A great departure from the cheese mix in common "macaroni and cheese" boxes, I have found that 2 teaspoons of this in a bowl of plain cooked macaroni a) tastes better and b) is better for you than all the garbage and processed additives in the 'instant' cheese packets. Very handy to add a teaspoon here and there to other things such as eggs, toast, or whatever you can imagine being cheesy. It's so easy to just sprinkle it in pretty much anywhere. The flavor is good and strong, and a touch on the salty side. The inclusion of blue cheese in the mix is noticeable for it's tangy sharpness. The ingredients do list added salt, which I'm not a huge fan of but it does help balance the flavors, and the result is near perfect. The packaging is foil, not plastic, and is resealable, which makes it easy to put away when you're done. I would say this product is a great value. I'd say just making my mac and cheese using 2 teaspoons, it's easily on par with a brand name mac and cheese in overall cost, and likely considerably cheaper because that's not counting all the other stuff I sprinkle it on. I will definitely be purchasing this again when I run out.

Delicious but a little clumpy at times
Definitely an above average cheese powder. It tastes great, more in line with a standard off the shelf Mac. My only complaint is it doesn't always dissolve well into my sauces. I'm not sure what the whey protein is supposed to do but it doesn't affect the flavor at all but it all doesn't add much protein especially since you only eat a little at a time.

Disgusting taste. Not cheesy at all. Tastes powdery. Very bland.
