This red light therapy lamp is perfect for my use. This allows me to do red light therapy at home very conveniently. The device is made well looks nice and has already survived a tumble so it is sturdy as well. I also like the timer and intensity options for different therapy sessions. I keep this red light therapy device next to my bed, where I can easily position it over my knee before going to sleep. It’s powerful enough that I can feel a light tingling sensation during use, which reassures me that it’s working. While I haven’t noticed any clear changes after just a week, I understand these types of therapies take time to show results. The adjustable design and timer features make it convenient to use regularly. I’ll try to update in the future as I continue using it to evaluate its effectiveness.

This is exactly what I was looking for. It really does cover enough surface area to envelop my entire body so I'm very happy with this.

The media could not be loaded. I've never used infrared light before so I'm interested in finding out it's benefits. This lamp was easy to put together, it has a very heavy base and two poles that screw together, the lamp screws onto the last Pole. The lamp also has a bendable area to it so you can direct it where you'd like. It is also extendable to about 10 more inches. I liked its nice slim and compact design. On the controls it has a timer and a 1 to 5 level of brightness. Dark glasses are also provided. The light itself does not feel hot but after my first session of 10 minutes I did feel that my skin felt warmer.
