Worked fine.
You only need one because you can refill them after they are used. They were fine in the U.S. but they didn't work in the Philippines.

Awful customer service.
EIOT Club has the most awful customer service. So supposedly this sim card should activate automatically when inserted into a device. I bought it for my 5g travel router. With other providers, in numerous different countries, it really has been this simple. Insert sim card, it activates, you go online and enter the iccs number and viola, you have internet and can easily add more. EIOT does not have this convenience. Instead, if it doesn't activate, then you are out of luck. Live chat on the website is useless. Multiple agents just completely ghosted me and never solved the activation issue. My advice, don't waste your money. There are other providers that will actually help you.

US plan worked flawlessly
I bought this to use in a GL SIM router I also purchased on Amazon. It arrived quickly and fit the router no problem. Signing up for a US plan on their website was quick and easy, and they had adequate plans to choose from. I chose a 30 day plan to start just to check it out and I was a little leery given some of the reviews, but I had no issues with it working and it was simple enough to check on the status throughout the 30 days, provided I used the link in the initial receipt received by email. Going directly to their website and trying to login was nothing but a circle jerk and I was never able to login there, only way was using the refill link in the email even though I wasnโt actually refilling it. As soon as I was logged in, it would show me how much Iโd used and how much was left and how many days were left. After my initial 30 days was up I refilled it using a 360 day plan because it worked and I travel a lot.

Decent service, to expensive
For my needs, basic Internet anywhere, this was just too expensive, not bad though.

Low bandwidth and location = Belgium solutions
I had two problems: Very low bandwidth (128Kbps) and the "It thinks I'm in Belgium" which is a common problem I see on other reviews. I was able to chat online with a real human at www.eiotclub.com but it was tricky finding the Help menu. You have to go to the Refill page and enter your cards ICCID#. If that's valid, you (of course) have the option to buy more data. But MOST IMPORTANT, toward the top of the page there are 3-4 icons, one of which is a face wearing a headset. That's tech support Help chat. You can go through the FAQs, but if that doesn't work there's an option to get to LIVE support. And the wait times were very low for me both times I contacted them (nighttime in US). The Help tech was able to switch my service from T Mobile (default) -- where I was only getting 2G service -- to ATT (where I get full BW 4G service). The "I think you are in Belgium" is apparently due to the default APN setting "internet.proximus.be". Change that to "america.bics" per their instructions. (I had to factory reset my mobile hotspot, and didn't notice that the APN got reset back to the Belgium default.) I changed the APN and it has worked perfectly since then.
