Defective item. Shoddy shipping
Printer doesn’t turn on, not at all. May have been damaged in shipping? Was shipped in a bag. Do not trust this vendor. Amazon’s warehouse damages alot of items in shipping. Look at the pics to see what I received.

Never turned on. No support
Be careful purchasing on Amazon. I bought this for my wife for Christmas, and after arriving it never once turned on.Amazon suggests contacting the manufacturer for missing/damaged product support, but when we reached out to Polaroid directly we were told we had to submit any customer support claims through Amazon sending us in an endless loop.If you want any hope of getting support you should purchase it directly though Polaroid.Either way, it seems like the quality on this product is a bit spotty. Be careful.
