Star Wars Minifigures - Royal Guard with Spear

I purchased this Lego Royal Guard with Spear mini figure for my grandson. He received a red guard with red arms and red hands, not black hands as advertised. I see that others received a similarly different guard than advertised. This is not acceptable. My grandson does not mind; but I should definitely receive the Lego mini figure that is advertised.

My grandson loves it!

My son spent his birthday money on two LEGO figures and was so excited when they came. Unfortunately it was missing a key piece. I contacted the seller and they said they would get that to us but he is still waiting. My son has autism and he sometimes has difficulty understanding things, this seems like something small but I have had one sad little boy for about a week now.

Came perfectly as described!

Highly disappointed. The Lego arrived damaged. The staff was melted. The cape was sun damaged and stained. For this price, wouldn’t expect the damage
