Do not buy.
These tablets do not work at all. I did read the reviews, good and bad, but thought I’d give them a go myself. Turns out they are placebo in my opinion. They have no medical effect whatsoever.It was a waste of £40.

I did not find any benefits from these supplements. Recommend for diabetics too, to help control glucose levels. Sorry.It could just be me, but no improvement personally.

Not as good as made out but I have only been using it for a week, I would say I’m definitely not as hungry or craving sugar at all , so results may hit soon.

Finally I have the product with the right ingredients like cinnamon and fenugreek…thanks a lot this is the product I wanted

It’s not working as quickly as expected or perceived.
I’ve been taking 2 capsules daily for 8 days and only lost 1lb. Just hoping that what I’ve already taken is filtering into my system before starting to work like it’s made out too.

Don’t waste your money
Really is a waste of money!! Does absolutely nothing and to be perfectly honest had the opposite effect for me. Wish I’d not bothered wasting my money
