Sturdy for the price
I use this with the inexpensive Tomlov microscope. I had to enlarge the hole to make it fit,but it works well. It is pretty sturdy for the price, and you aren't confined to the tiny little pad that comes with the microscope.

A few months ago I bought the ANDONSTAR camera monitor. I need it to be more hands-free and the TOMILOV microscope flexible arm stand works perfect. The bracket that supports the camera screws right in perfectly. And now I have more working space.

The rod that connects the microscope to the arm has a horrible amount of play. So the arm is decent, the design is not
