Fantastic Sound. Best I've ever owned!
The best sounding headphones I've ever heard and trust me, I've had a few. The connectivity is fantastic! They don't connect to Xbox series X wirelessly. This was a Bummer. They are extra lightweight and I worry about them breaking In my clumsy man hands. Even though there a little light there comfortable and the memory foam is super comfy. They also look great. I play more with the RGB lighting off but I occasionally have it on Red static. I like the App that manages the headphones. I still don't know how to connect to the App while using Super speed connectivity. They are a really good set of Headphones. Done in Razer's style and presentation. They look amazing and sound even better.

one of the best headsets 🩷
Honestly one of the best headsets i’ve ever brought, i have struggled so bad with buying headsets as i never like the way the look and i have a industrial piercing so most headsets really irritate my piercings but this one doesn’t it’s so comfy & i’ve seen such good reviews on this so i brought it and haven’t looked back.

Absolutely Amazing!
Absolutely amazing, the same of most razor products tbh but these headphones just have everything, love that it has long lasting charge so I can keep them wireless and don’t have to worry about charging them all the time. I highly recommend!!

Decent rather than amazing sound, some nicely thought out features
With a price tag of one hundred and thirty quid, I wasn’t initially sure whether these Razer headphones would really be competing with some of the top-end audiophile headphone brands, or whether they would be cheaper-sounding headphones priced up a little bit because of the novelty lighting and the usual markup that’s associated with ‘gamer’ tags and known brands. In practice, these headphones are somewhere between the two. Yes they’re definitely a bit of a novelty item, and the lighting looks cheesier than I expected, but they do sound pretty good- but I’d stop short of saying they sound fantastic. The difficult-to-read silver-on-black introduction sheet that comes in the pack refers to the headphones having “pronounced bass”, and I think that’s their only problem rather than a virtue. The high-end tone reproduction is nice and clear, and voices and suspenseful string sounds come through really nicely, but at the bottom end, everything’s just a tiny bit too warm and fuzzy. It’s been designed to make explosions and car revving noises sound more all-encompassing, but what really happens is that it all ends up quite muddy, especially if lots of sounds are going on at once. You’d get clearer and more convincing immersive sounds from non-’gamer’ headphones like a good pair of Sonys or Jabras for example- and compared to those, certain features like active noise cancellation or some of the newer (and rather cool) AI spatial awareness features are absent. But the gamer specific features are strong. Every reasonable connection option you’d expect is provided for, including the low-latency USB-C connector which works really nicely, and which on Windows got recognised straight away- plus a USB-A adaptor if you don’t have a spare USB-C port for it, and that works fine too. There’s also standard Bluetooth connectivity if you’re not bothered about a few milliseconds here and there, or you want these to double up as your listening-to-music-on-the-bus headphones as well- though bear in mind the colour flashing is on by default, so listening to these in public, you’ll be very, very conspicuous! The microphone is of course optional, and though I haven’t tested it, it looks like other microphones could be screwed in instead as it’s a standard fitting. The provided microphone with its egg-shaped pop shield does look a bit more ‘call centre’ than ‘e-sports pro’ but the rest of the aesthetics are very cool. The inclusion of a manual click button on the headset for immediately enabling or disabling the microphone, complete with a tactile difference between ‘mic on’ and ‘mic off’ so you can be absolutely sure if your mic is on or off, is a nice touch. Apart from the silver-on-black instruction sheet, I like the smart presentation, and the unboxing experience is nicely premium and makes the headphones feel truly posh. You can get up and running quickly, and the low latency, thick sound, flashing lights and well-respected gamer brand will tick all the important boxes for a lot of gamers. For me though, mainly weighing up the sound quality against the price, they fall just marginally short of being a five star item.

Kind of pointless without the software
Bought these to replace my 5 year old hyperx alpha cloud 50mm wired headset, which tbf still work perfect for age and how I have treated them in their gaming life. I did some research on YouTube scouring through the top 5 in their opinion of current headsets and this came up on a few and intrigued me enough to part with 120 quid, 40 pound more then what I paid new for my hyperxs. Are they better and am I happy with them?the short answer is no and here is why. Razer sell this to have thx spatial sound and 7.1 surround sound with directional pinpoint accuracy to enhance your gaming experience. While the latter is true you have to go on their website create an account then register the product to get an email with an activation code. I've just spent 120 quid just put the activation code in the box with the headset. Why make me jump through hoops to get your crucial software selling point. On that note about software holy hell for a simple setup to get them working properly you need to download 5 different programs Obviously if you want the 7.1 surround you need to get the email download the software then input the activation code. Next razor cortex which comes with the thx spatial sound software ( this i found out does not even open on anything but a razor laptop) i spent 10 mins trying to open that programme as administrator on my pc to no avail including using their faq section and support page. Neither of these apps control the headphones for that you need to download razor synapses. This app is relative to your headphones in this app you can configure, eq and customise the rgb lighting, mic and sound settings (to some extent) Lastly you need chroma rgb to customise and control to greater effect the rgb lighting that is built in to the headphones. While it says it is multi platform I would not recommend these for console I tried these on my ps5 and you don't get any of the apps to accompany them so they are almost like an old school plug in and play and the microphone is so quiet I was nearly shouting into the mic with it almost in my mouth and my teammates were still complaining I was no more then a mumble. The pros Lightweight and comfortable to wear Build quality is sound Nice travel bag is sent with the headphones in them They are very loud Clarity of sound delivered, rich and punchy Lots of customisation through the apps on pc. The ability to tune your headset to the game your playing via the custom e.q section of synapses. Long battery life Easily connect to your devices either via Bluetooth or the 2.4g wireless dongle 2 year warranty after registering your product and making a razor account. Quick charging time full battery in 4 hrs. The cons Very bad on console I almost gave this a 3 and if I was solely using on a console would definitely want a refund Too many programmes to get it sounding decent. Why have to register product to get their main selling point (7.1 surround sound) obviously for security reasons incase of theft in shipment but still an extra step you have to do to get them sounding good. Didn't come charged at all so had to wait like an impatient child at Christmas to use them out of the box. When you visit their website you are bombarded with more software and rgb related mouses keyboards and whole lighting systems to turn your house into an underground rave. 40mm drivers just aren't as good as 50mm drivers imo If you got this far you may be wondering why I've given them a 3 and it's because I'm mainly using them on pc On pc they work really well plug in download the software register product download some more software then fiddle around with the custom eq, (don't use the preset MOVIE, MUSIC, GAME, they aren't tuned very well) movie is far to bass heavy with no mids and quite toxic highs, game is no bass low mids makes for a muffled listening experience. Music is kind of in-between the other 2. Obviously everybody's ears hear differently which is why I highly suggest playing your favourite tunes or game and use the custom bit to move the sliders up or down to your preference. The 40mm drivers deliver superb sound quality at low levels, I was testing them out at 60% volume and after 2.5 hours had some noticeable ringing in my ears. I turned them down to 36/40% and could still distinguish footsteps explosions and rolling basslines from whatever i picked from my library of music movies and games. This is my first product from razer and tbh without the software to enhance their product these really are almost worse then a 5 year old hyperx set with some caveats

Not great.
Didn’t work-constantly dropped connection and mic quality was terrible. Sent back as faulty.

A Brilliant Headset Out and out... Amazing sound quality and battery performance. Review was posted after 45 days of rigorous use and stress tests under all conditions,i.e gaming sessions, work purposes and casual entertainment use.. Amazing customisation options through the app and on your Windows system. Multi Connection features works flawlessly. Range for Bluetooth and 2.4Ghz Dongle are also excellent. The cable provided is sufficiently long to connect to a device or for charging purposes. Fit is also very comfortable and snug on the head and doesn't cause any discomfort despite long continuous use. Overall a brilliant piece of technology to own
