Interesting reaction
I applied just a small dab on my achy elbow. It started to feel like fire. It wasn't red or anything, just felt like it burned. I washed it off. Guess I'll learn to live with an achy elbow.

Caused a very harsh burning sensation to the area applied. I had to run to wash it off.Update: the company responded to my review and offered a full refund which I declined. I took a chance with the full strength product after failing to find the original one I used that was only 70%. This product actually works to relieve pain, this strength was just too strong. My suggestion is to dilute this product.

Not so great
I really wanted it to work for my painful knees, but it only worked for about 3 minutes then it wore off from relieving any pain.

Burned skin
I really wanted this to relieve pain in my thumb joints. It caused my skin to burn and get puffy. Next day skin was itchy and flaky. Uses lotion to sooth. Can I dilute this???? And with what? Distilled water?
