Mine didn't come with an AC adaptor, although there appears to be a place to attach one. It did come with four batteries. The display on the monitor is large and easy to read, but not back-lit or illuminated in any way (I made the mistake of trying to do this while lying down in the evening).Otherwise, this is a very intuitive and straightforward product. I'd never taken my own blood pressure in my life, and I was able to figure it out in a matter of minutes. The arm wrap has strong velcro and is easy to put on. The start/stop button on the machine make it automatically contract, record the reading, and then quickly deflate. The reading stayed on my monitor screen until I pushed "Stop". There's a memory function also, and it records pulse.

Finally bought one of these... have had high BP when pain is high. But happily, it;s been trending down lately. It arrived early, and packaging was very nice, gave product good cushioning. I was pleasantly surprised at the nice quality of this product. It's not expensive, as these BP Monitors can be, so when I first picked up the cuff, I was delighted to note the weight and substance of it. I believe that with normal use, it won't will wear out for years. (unless grandbabies or puppies chew on it!. Very nice unit and it comes with batteries! The box includes a small card to the buyer. They state their company values, and the customer is their top priority. They invite the customer to get in touch and they give you direct email contact info. That's a wonderful way to stand behind their claims. I am VERY HAPPY with this purchase.

There was a permanent air leak and I could not get a reading toward the end. I will say, however, that I did love this thing. I feel like I got my money's worth for the price. WHen my BP was in turmoil this got me through some tough times by keeping me informed of my state. Now that I have stabilized it doesnt work so great. Ultimately, I do feel i got my money's worth but if i needed this for long term BP monitoring, i would be giving a different review.

This was a great machine. lasted just shy of a year and a half. My only complaint is that is only lasted a year and a half. I bought around September of 18 and it lasted until around February of 20.Me and my wife are a bit heavy set. the machine's cuff fit us both fine. The machine seemed to be accurate and the reading was clear. The only problem was a leak in the cuff. It's small but you can't get a reading with it, and I haven't found an option to replace the cuff only. I like the machine enough that I'm considering re-purchasing, but a roughly $20 machine that lasts 1 year and a half.

I have high blood pressure and needs monitoring regulaly. My husband found this product and purchased it. It is the best machine by far. Extremely easy. Just plug the cuff into the machine, put on the cuff on your upper arm and then press the button! Within 1 minute you will have your results. SIMPLE, EASY, AND great product.

It is a good device to monitor blood pressure in the home. I like this monitor, it is easy to operate and use. It comes with both battery and DC charger options but the only battery is included but not the DC power supply. Each time you need to turn off the device before using because there is no reset option.Cons1. DC port is on the device but there is no DC power supply included.2. Each time needs to turn off the device before starting a new measurement because there is no reset button.

Well I purchased this for my Mom because she need it one! It was delivered super fast! Looks good quality for the money I pay! I like the instructions are in Spanish, because I need it to figure it out for my mom! We took her blood pressure and it works perfectly; I would have like a case for it and bigger pictures on the manual on how to put it on since I am a little blind, but at least she can read the numbers in the screen monitor because they are big.

I bought this blood pressure for my mother's birthday. My mom want an upper arm blood pressure monitor rather than a wrist cuff blood pressure monitor because she thinks that the upper arm one is more accurate. My mom used for more than one week and used twice daily. She told this pressure monitor is easy to use and operate. She told me this monitor comes with the 4 batteries but she may prefer the monitor with a chargeable battery which is more convenience to use. Overall. very great product for this reasonable price and great parent gift choice.
