Quality refurbished equipment
Works good. Came with no RCA cables. Emailed the seller and cables were here in 2 days even though they were not part of the package we purchased. Definitely recommend!

It works well, arrived in good condition
I am so happy to receive a working dvd-VHS to play my old favorites! Great price! Arrived in good condition ! Now I would like to find out if the seller also does repairs on old units?

The item doesn’t work!
I bought this VCR/DVD combo for Christmas and when my daughter tried playing it the DVD player did not work. The window for returning it was up December 10th. That is pathetic that you sell something and say it is good shape and it isn’t. Why would you sell something and not stand behind it?!

does what I wanted
I know this is soooo old school but I can't afford all new TVs and streaming on all rooms so this way I record on one TV and view in other rooms. I had been using renewed and older machines but decided to by new old stock. It was too expensive but I am happy with it. works great. I only gave it 4 stars because when it arrived it had a notice that if I opened the box it was NOT returnable. While I know it was "new" it was also decades old so had risk it would not work. It was a risk to open the package and see if it worked. Thank goodness it did but how terrible if it had been damaged in shipment or what ever and I would have been out hundreds of dollars. So I deducted a star for bad company policy

VCR/DVD combo works great
It took a little bit to figure it out, but my sister has all the brains when it comes to electronics and she figure out how to get this working. It works great and I would buy it again. If I had to now I can watch all my old VCR tapes

Good replacement
Replaced y original of 20 years. Much better than anticipated.

Poor workmanship.
The front cover does not fit up with the case. It has a gaping space of about a 1/4 of an inch. It kinda like they don't go together. The only good news is it does work. Because it does work I gave it two stars. I would not order another one form them.

That the remote does not work and is sealed to prevent cleaning the contacts

Pas de manette, ne grave pas les DVD.

Product was in good shape and mechanically functioned really well. However, Video player only showed movies in black and white rather than colour and no tone available. Had to return itt and will have to look for another one. Overall though, return policy is excellent and absolutely no hassle in getting product returned to Amazon. I guess I was just a bit unlucky this time.

I bought this product for an older friend who just lost his wife . He was going to watch old video's through the winter. The product showed up broken with no chords to plug it in and no remote. It’s to much hassle to ask him to return it. What a disappointment.
