Replaced and changing from 1 to 5 stars!
UPDATE!! I decided to get a replacement instead of just returning it, and man am I glad I did! The first one was just a defective one. ***The new one adjusts just fine!*** I now love this cane! Very sturdy. The wide hand grip is much easier on my hand and wrist. Gait feels more natural. Slowly improving my posture. Note: one thing I said in my original review still stands: it will make you stand up straighter, so if you have trouble doing that because of lower back pain, it will initially cause more pain if you're not careful about it. Take it easy and go slow on how much you allow it to correct your posture, to give the compressed vertebrae time to adjust. Please make this cyclone cane MORE DISABILITY ACCESSIBLE! It is IMPOSSIBLE to adjust. I have cerebral palsy and fibromyalgia and may other things. And I am small and would have used the shortest setting most days when I'm walking around barefoot at home(I hate shoes lol), or when wearing thin soled shoes, but I need to be able to adjust it myself because thicker soled shoes like tennis shoes etc, raises me up enough to need to lengthen the cane a bit for proper stability. But with this one, I can't. This cane could have been great. It just arrived today and I've only had it a few hours and I can already tell it would have done wonders for my posture. Plus it was stable enough that I may not have even needed to switch the end cap out for the Hugo Quad Pod like I need for regular off set canes. But in trying to adjust the Cyclone Cane just to see if I could, after releasing the clip, and even taking the clip all the way out, it wouldn't budge. In fact, the only thing that did happen was the force of my trying to pull it out to extend the length made the end cap come off. And then in trying to push the end cap back on all the way, the cane shortened past the first hole and I can't even put the clip back in to secure it, because again, It. Won't. Budge. Very disappointed. I will be returning it asap and will likely also mark it defective.

Great cane ! Fumble delivery
This cane! People throw all your other canes away! You can stand taller not humped over! It’s more steady. You can count on the support you need from a cane. It’s made very well! People do look at you kind of funny. I was recently at a farmers market . Saw a man with my old straight cane he was humped over as I used to be. Cane was so worn paint was off ! I stopped had him grip my cyclone! First he held it backwards! I corrected him. Immediately he noted a stronger grip, I told him you have to get this as it changed my life and it will help yours! Well was end of market and here comes a lady ! Comes up to me tells me she is the wife of that gentleman with the cane earlier asks if the name was hurricane? I told her no it’s on Amazon, and the name is CYCLONE! Thank you for bringing such a much needed new device to help us all stand straighter, walk taller with confidence !

Excellent Cane.
Built very well and very stable. Only negative is unlike other canes it can not stand up on its own. Light weight.

Great cane which has held up very very well with a lot of use.
Our preferred cane. Well made, comfortable handle whether you hold the handle as recommended (as I do) or reverse the hold (as she does—to each their own). The rubber tip is the best we have used and shows very little wear after several years of use and much travel. It seems indestructible, unless we run into the Hulk or one of his kin. I’d buy it again, but expect our current cane will last much longer than we will.

Awesome cane
My new cane works great. The price was right. The quality is very good. I would recommend highly.

Awesome design. But multiple failure points on an expensive cane. Also, cane too short.
Review after using for a year. The good: sturdy cane, no fears it will collapse. The bad: RIP-OFF! There is literally a razor sharp metal edge they designed right beneath the proprietary silicone handle (see photos). Well, I guess it’s not obvious to the company that made this but I’d call this a serious engineering flaw. They call it “normal wear and tear” that caused a matching rip in the silicone cane right over the razor edge. And since they don’t see it as their problem, they want me to pay them around $20 for a replacement handle that will also soon also succumb to the razor edge they have designed beneath it. I paid $60 for this cane but it’s now $45. It should be recalled. If I buy a replacement “cyclone” foot (which I would expect to wear out), I’m probably spending as much as a new cane anyway. Another con: I’m 5’10” and this cane falls short of properly fitting my height. According to my P.T. it’s about 2” too short, or maximum height of 5’8”. Which makes me wonder why the demo pictures show someone seemingly as tall or taller than me. If you are a short person this cane will probably work (as long as you keep a large stock of silicone replacement handles), but why isn’t this able to accommodate an average height American male? (Earlier review. I kept the cane for a year and update is above). Took a chance on a $60 Chinese-built cane. And to my surprise I’m very pleased with this, *ALMOST* perfect. In my one day test, it’s rock solid and the adjustment mechanism is brilliant (though extremely stiff and hard to pull, maybe oil would fix this). The grip is super comfortable and I love the angle. One oversight that will result in this going back: I’m only 5’10 and the dang thing doesn’t adjust long enough to properly use! You’re supposed to have a 15 degree bend in your arm, which inside my home seemed to be possible, but when I walked in the “real world” I noticed my arm was often straight down and that will lead to pain and problems. I spent part of my PT session having my therapist evaluate it and she said it’s around 2” too short at it’s highest extension. I know this is an unusual design as the handle goes forward, but even then it should meet the wrist but it falls way below that. I already have arm pain from a little use. The inventor in the videos doesn’t seem like a short guy, so I’m really confused about why a 5’10” guy like me seems to have gone beyond the length of this cane’s ability. I know the “bend” design adds a limitation to the length an extension can be hidden away, but this is way too short. Perhaps a larger version needs to be offered for people over 5’8 or so. If I was to add one more thing, a stiff spring in the handle to offer a little “give” would be nice.

Dynamo Cane
This is the second cane that I have bought from this company. Unfortunately I left my other cane in a shopping cart and did not realize it till I got home. I have tried other canes that did not have the locking mechanism to prevent the cane from collapsing & losing where you wanted it to stay. When it could collapse at any time, you have a dangerous situation for a fall. It’s so important that the “ adjustable” portion stays locked. The cane is very easy to use and has prevented me from falling many times.

Good cane.. With faults.
The cyclone cane is a fabulous piece of kit but you must know that they are built to fail at some point.. We all know nothing is built to last forever but this cane manufactured to fail. You're cane will last about two years before two of the main failure points start affecting you're cane.. The two points are.. the handle and the big tip end. There is a fix you can do on the tip end but it has to be done as you receive your new cane... But it does work. Simply pull off the tip(it is hard to pull it off, but will come off eventually) and drop a washer down the hole, make it tight. This will stop the cane cutting through the rubber tip end... This is main failure point for the stick, and a new tip is sixty dollars. You might has well buy a new cane! The handle fail.. Is hard to fix. Honestly I can't see any reason that these canes should fail at these points, Unless it is deliberately built into these sticks. Good sticks yes, but after two years.. Be warned. Happy walking.. With a cane that will at least never need a new tip!

Bueno pero no llego lo que pedí
Creo que es un buen producto, solo que lo pedi en negro y me llego en verde, osea no del color que queria pero ya no tengo tiempo para regresarlo y volver a esperar.

Amazing design
This walking stick is unlike any other I have used before. The unique design means it is sturdy and keeps the user in an 'upright state'. No more needing to bend over to use it. It makes me feel much more secure when walking and has definitely helped me to walk in a much more normal way. I have already purchased a second one. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Height adjustment pin breaks easily
This is a good sturdy cane with good grip. I have actually bought a few. I agree with the review that the handle does not stand up to normal wear. Also, the height adjustment pin has broken on 2 of them making the cane unusable. Including 1 I’ve only been using for a month. From falling over or being tapped gently. Definite problem
