Yes I've used "one", for a year and a half. very effective for plant growth. Simple to use, however it's almost impossible to find additional CO2 cans without having to buy the whole kit.

can i use a glass diffuser instead of the 2 big plastic containers

i tried using an aftermarket glass diffuser but didnt work :( i guess the pressure in the cans arent enough pressure to push through the glass. Well I also guess it depends on the type of diffuser but didnt work for me

Can anyone tell me, would this diffuser work with a 55 gallon planted aquarium? Any other hints or advise would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Robert, To be honest this is what I found regarding this product.  We have thousands of products so based off of the manufacturer description this is what I found. Is there replacement co2 cans?

I also tried to find replacement but only could find the whole set including the diffuser. However it seems to be a good deal anyway, as the set can be compared to other brands CO2 bottles only, for a cost stand point.
