I am satisfied with my purchase. Works great especially since my laptop speakers have gone out. Great quality sound. Worth the buy! I just plugged in and turned it on and it worked. Didn’t even need to read the directions at all. No need for Bluetooth connection. Just plug into the headset port and your good to go.

Nice small speaker. My laptop speakers weren't very loud when I wanted to use it to watch TV. I purchased this to add a small but powerful external speaker and the sound quality is impressive. The user manual isn't great at explaining how to use it, but after playing around I figured it out. Easy to connect via Bluetooth and once connected the device will connect automatically. If you want to use it via the Aux plug, you have to disconnect the Bluetooth and then press the Power button 2 times quickly to change to Aux input. Charges quickly. Haven't used it for a long duration so I can't state how long the charge will last. Another nice feature is that the Aux plug is offset so it sits nicely without putting stress on it when attached to the computer.

I was skeptical a tiny, affordable speaker like this one would be any good with my classic 160 GB iPod, but was instantly surprised when I connected it to the port and the sound was crisp and clear. My old speakers were having cord connection issues and would only play out of one speaker, but it ran off the iPod power without zapping it and didn't need to be recharged. These do, but can also play while connected to a USB port. Since my iPod was already using a 2 port plug in, it's been easy to keep them working in tandem. I haven't tried it away from the power to check their chargeability, but they are advertised as about the same amount of time as my old iPod will keep anyway. There is a power button on the other side, so you have to remember to turn it on (and off when not charging) to make them work. Minor, but something to get used to. For a device like mine that does not have Bluetooth capabilities, this little device is great to have when the world has moved past your device that still works and you just want to use it.

The speaker would not take a charge and would not make any sound. The one I had before had good sound quality but it broke.

This speaker did make my Kindle Fire easier to listen to. It is a little louder and clearer than the device speakers. Unfortunately it doesn't plug in tightly so I have to mess with it to get it to work, then, if I move the tablet, it quits working and I have to mess with it again. Also, there is not a volume control; it uses the device control for volume so it is louder but not a lot louder. Unfortunately, the Fire tablet doesn't have a way of using the device speakers and this speaker at the same time; but of course that is an Amazon problem.
