WOW! I feel cleaned in the depths of my sinuses.....
Wow just wow! This was intense. It definitely burned more than the saline pods but it got about twice as much gunk out of my sinuses and worked much better than the regular saline pods. I'm still reeling a bit from the experience. It is similar feeling to the first time I used Tiger Balm -- it burns but it works. If you really need your sinuses cleaned, this is the way to go. If you are super sensitive and don't need a deep clean, stick with the regular saline packs. Yes, I will use and buy again as I live in the desert with sand and pollen in the air.

5 Stars with a Caveat
You get a good jolt of Eucalyptus with this, which can be beneficial as it can have a strong nasal and sinus clearing effect. That is what you would expect. The first time I used one, I got a bit of surprise by the strength, but it seemed to work quite well. However, I would say that if your nasal passages are inflamed or a bit raw, it might be too strong. So, I would advise being careful and start by trying a brief squirt of the solution. The initial strong reaction does not to moderate as you continue the cleansing procedure.
