25年ぶりに包丁を買いました。 こんなに切れるなんて！切れ味に感動！ スライサー使っていたものもこの包丁で！ とにかく切れる！最高です。

Very sharp knife, good weight and balance. Good for daily use since it is stainless steal and do not have to worry about rust. Been using for sometime and I am very happy with it.

Global knives are the bees knees. You'll wonder why you never got one before and you'll never look back once you have one - or more. Just keep them sharp and away from the dishwasher where unwary fingers could come in contact with them and you will never need to buy a knife again. If you had three different sizes that would be all you would ever need!
