Extremely Disappointed - Crompton Silent Pro
Just waiting for the next complaint and another repair on the same product… because apparently, fixing it once, twice, or even multiple times is still not enough! 😂👏 This has been one of the most disappointing product experiences I have had with a reputed and esteemed company like Crompton. I have faced multiple issues with the product and have been highly dissatisfied with the poor after-sales service. The name ProSilent seems ironic because the product is either not working properly or, after repairs, has become “ProNoisy”! I have been facing issues since 2023, even after getting the product repaired.Such repeated problems and unsatisfactory service are unacceptable from a reputed company. Based on my personal experience, I would strongly advise potential buyers to think 10 times before purchasing this product. I hope the company takes customer complaints seriously and provides a proper, permanent solution instead of repeated repairs and inconvenience on such premium products.

Missing False Ceiling Canopy
The package came sealed but still was missing a part(false ceiling canopy), Even didn't receive the missing part in replacement package. The seller does this knowingly god knows why. If you buying this fan for your false ceiling then you will be disappointed. Also for this premium price you should receive everything. I made a mistake by buying product after seeing a similar complaint in the review. Product Quality is good but missing parts is unacceptable. Edited after 3 years: I have been using this fan for three years, each year i had motor issues, The warranty claim is so complicated and no proper response from service center, You have to pay for warranty services, I live in Virudhunagar district and the warranty claim was handled by HASINI HITECT SERVICE in Rajapalayam, poor after sales team and I literally have to run after service center people to now about the service updates, worst ever brand experience. Please go for other brands if you are planning to buy a premium fan.
