igloohome IGM1 Smart Mortise Lock, Black

Having been installed for a month the lock appears to be performing exactly as specified. Fitting is maybe slightly more involved than a standard lock set but was not especially difficult and once installed and adjusted it has functioned without issue.

The alarm goes off constantly and customer service is non-existent. What a HORRIBLE purchase!

I’ve owned this lock for just under one year. I really like it, however, yesterday the mortise started to have mechanical catching and has failed 5 days short of one year. Overall it was a good lock & even though I didn’t get the expected amount of time out of it I would likely purchase again.

I agree with others that the lock can be trouble to install. But, once installed it is a beautiful looking lock that works flawlessly. I happily replaced my August lock with Igloohome.Pros:* Great looking lock. Sleek black thin profile looks good on any door.* Works flawlessly. I've never had a problem with it opening/closing. Very smooth.* Great app. Easy to use. Lots of options for setting up pins (one-time, permanent, duration)* Does not require wifi. It uses a secure methodology that can generate codes from any time, duration based on an internal algorithm that the app & the lock share. This means you can generate a code from wherever you are in the world without an Internet connection & it just works.* ConsThe major con is the install itself. As another reviewer stated they follow a European/Asian standard. It took my handyman a couple of hours to get it installed correctly. We were willing to put in an extra hole into the door because I knew it was high quality and would be the only lock I needed.Highly recommend if your willing to take the time to get it installed. The way I look at it is the install may take a couple of hours but the lock will last a lifetime and look great with no hassle. Worth it to me.

The battery drains very quickly - I installed a mortise about 6 months ago and would not recommend this product to anybody - there service levels need improvement - when you launch a product customer service is very important

This lock does not seem to be compatible with Alexa and therefore it cannot be included in scenes. That is a real disadvantage

El peor producto cuesta un dineral y no abre!!! No puede ser van dos veces que me quedo afuera de mi casa y ahora vamos a tener que romper la puerta para entrar

Très bel article, très beau design. L’application est simple et facile d’utilisation. Franchement je recommande !! Le seul petit point négatif serait peut-être sa taille.

Terrible. Cero confiable. El keypad sirve un día y luego tres no. Ya le cambiamos la pila y la reiniciamos y aun así sigue fallando. Para nada la recomiendo.

Si vous voulez des problèmes alors achetez ce produit . J ai vécu deux ans terrible avec ! D abord il faut un travail de menuiserie sur la porte et son installation est terriblement compliquéeUne fois faite vous priez que le dispositif fonctionne avec le client . J ai due être en permanence en contact avec le client et rétablir le code a chaque fois voir donner le mienVous imaginez le client à la porte ne pouvant pas rentrer … au bout de 2 ans le dispositif ne fonctionne plus l ouverture ne se fait qu au bout de 10 a 15 essaies et la clef ne fonctionne plus. J en ai commandé un autre de taille trop grand pour instAller sur ma Porte. J ai rapidement renoncé et renvoyé le deuxième exemplaire . La porte est foutue car je dois laisser le dispositif en place sinon j ai un gros trou . Je suis revenu aux clefs dans mon ancienne serrure . Le service après vente est misérable que par mails et pas d appels téléphoniques . Si vous voulez vivre l enfer alors achetez le
