they do not lie when they say it's THICK. and it's huge compared to the smaller blue one I have. I love it. gel is very cooling. I use it in my recliner. Super comfy, helps me sit up straighter. relieves sciatica pain. Buy the grey thick, you won't be disappointed. Very comfy and definitely cooling : )

This is legit. It’s the best back support I’ve ever used. Works in a chair, on the couch, in bed, in a car. The gel packs stay cool and offer relief. It’s been a lifesaver for my back. 👏🏻

I would have given it a 5, but it slips out from under me thru the night. I wake up with the same extreme lumbar pain I get from being a side/stomach sleeper without it.

It was amazing how much better I felt when I woke up the next morning.

This is exactly the right size for under a waist, but it lost its firmness after about 2 months, and the gel pads are uncomfortable and heat up with body temp right away. They're also on the *outside* of the pillowcase, which is bad design -- they stick to your skin or clothes. I had to add an extra pillowcase outside, which was also uncomfortable since it bunched up from being the wrong size.

This lumbar pillow had great reviews and I don’t know why. It’s too large for me and I ordered the model with the gel squares- hate it. I will be searching for a more comfortable pillow.

I used this for two weeks and it gave me a rib shaped cyst on my lower back. Maybe I was using it wrong or too long.
