The set comes with everything to work your core to the max. The roller is high quality, sturdy and comes with a pad for knee comfort. The sliders give full range of motion with or without the roller. This exercise works your stomach and lower back which is key to good health. My son is excited to follow the included exercise plan this summer and go back to school in great shape!

I really like the ab roller wheel. It is well built and easy to put together. Once put together it does not wobble like some wheels do. There is a steel bar that the handles slide onto. When I say slide I mean more like slam. I had to bang it onto the floor to get them tightly on which makes me think that I will have to struggle to get them off (which is a good thing!) It is nice because it has two wheels so I feel like it has better balance. The resistance bands were easy to use and work well if you can’t fully roll by yourself. The gliders that come with it are great. They work really really well on carpet. I’m not the biggest fan of the jump rope. The jump rope is two plastic handles with a cable in the middle and if you mess up it will hurt really badly. That’s probably the only negative thing that I can find in this whole kit.

Easy to use

At first I was hesistant to buy this product but when I receieved it I was Amzazed. This product absolutely worth mort than its current price. I love the Abs roller and the resistance bands; they a very stready. I only have one issue with the jump rope its not my type( Its too light and I have to be doing lots of shoulder work to get the working) I would really recommend this product. Value for the money

Kitten my swole on with Kamileo Ab Roller Wheel, has been super simple and even easier with the assistance of the 60 pounds resistance bands and knee pads. Kamileo even includes an ABS training introduction guide which includes warm up, beginner, intermediate, and advanced exercises to help you achieve your abs goals. Kamileo even includes a ball jointed jump rope that is adjustable in length as well as two core sliders for additional exercises to work your whole core through compound movements.

I just got this in the mail yesterday. Easy assembly! So, I’m gonna have to say that this “ab wheel” works because my after trying this out last night, I can hardly get out of bed because my tummy definitely got a workout!! I’ll remember to work up with this a little at a time! Awesome guys!

Failed to assemble, manufacturing default. Company offered to replace is sent in. Item is made very heavy duty however.

This Ab Roller is much more then your normal Ab Roller! Super high quality material and it comes with a exercise manual that shows you multiple ways to use it. I've been using it for 2 weeks now and I've already noticed a difference in my core strength. Coming from a personal trainer, it's what you need to get results quick. I highly recommend it!
