Pride & Poetry: Magnetic Poetry Kit (Themed Kits)

The words and phrases are smaller than they appear, but the recipient had fun creating fun sentences with them!

One of my friends loves Pride and Prejudice and I got these for her for Christmas. She LOVED them. She has them on her fridge and loves to create little messages and poems and quote Pride and Prejudice on her fridge. I would highly recommend this as a gift for any Austen fan in your life!

I bought this for a friend with a MA in English who just got her MS in Library Science- she loves it, and her and her husband leave little notes to each other on their fridge in the mornings. This is a really great, creative present for a classic literature lover/Anglophile who already has all the classics.

I thought this would work as a stand alone product, but it needs the basic kit in my opinion. Seems like more of a supplemental kit. Maybe that is how it was intended and I just missed that. Ah well...

My best friend is obsessed with Jane Austen, so I knew these would be perfect for her, and they are!

It’s surprising that a Jane Austen magnetic word kit doesn’t contain the words “husband” and “wife”, although every other familial attachment is covered. Perhaps this is a supplemental set to a basic set, and it would have been nice to know that. Still, there are over 200 words and pay tribute to all of Austen’s books including Emma and Northanger Abbey.
