Where to begin with this very unique pre training/focus supplement as there are so many benefits beyond physical training. The first time I took the product, I went with a full 2 scoops to ensure that I was getting the clinical dose of the stellar ingredient profile. That’s another perk of the Genius Brand… no proprietary blends! You know exactly what you’re ingesting with each serving. Within the first 20 minutes of taking the recommend dose, I could start to feel that “connected with my surrounding” feeling. What I mean by this, you really start to take focus and absorb the details around you. This allowed me to have that mind/muscle connection during my training sessions and to push through some heavy lifts. What I really like about the product (so many), is that it’s not caffeine based. This has allowed me to utilize this for evening training, without being all “stimmed” out leading up to bed. That’s critical, as sleep is when we actually repair the damage that was done in the gym. This is defiantly my go to for pre training for multiple reasons, especially for the clinically dose of the key ingredients. The Genius Brand has out done themselves with taking what most companies have you buy in multiple containers and supplied them in JUST 1 Amazing product! I mean, I could keep going on and on… If you know anything about supplements, the ingredient profile is stacked with everything you need for an outstanding training session! Studying – Yep, even used it for reading and studying as the Nootropics in this product are top-shelf!! Alpha GPC!! There’s companies out there that boost about this, but you’re getting the clinical dose from a registered trademark. That’s unheard of in the supplement industry. Take it from someone that’s been in the industry for over 15+ years, I’ve never seen such a stellar Pre on the market that promises exactly what the brand stands for and offered at a more than reasonable price for what your getting. As a personal trainer, I'm always on the lookout for better supplements. With many clients in their 50s or above, and many younger clients wanting to care for their hearts by avoiding stimulants but increasing muscle gains and getting more out of their workout, this has been a must. I share it with my clients, talk it up all the time. It's clinically backed to enhance mind body connections, which my clients and myself can verify! My own coordination has improved in the months I've used this, I keep more of my gains, and my strength, and as advertised I feel energized in a very "me" kind of way, without the buzzing feeling that sends me bouncing off the walls. I can sleep right after working out late, and can genuinely tell from my trackers that I'm getting more from my training with this pre. It doesn't taste like it says, I think, but I like it. Tastes like fruity bubblegum to me. Mixes decently but there is foam, that goes away when you let it sit for a few minutes. For most of us, it's a bit better value if you wait for it to be on discount, but I would still call it worth it at full price. Highly recommended.

Good flavor and does what's intended. The only reason for the four is a problem others have noted. it holds way too much moisture and jams together early on, even with the silica The company needs to figure this out and correct that. By the time you get to the end, its a bit of a sticky mess. I also wish they would use stevia or a allulose blend instead of the now known to be unhealthy sucralose.

If I could give it a 0 I would. Second time I got an order that was damp or dried and it was sealed. Products continue to decline and looking forward to watching them go completely out of business for sending out this kind of crap. Stay away from this product.

I’ve tried a lot of stimulant free pre-workout powders in my lifetime. This one by far gives me the best pump. The only other comparable one would be transparent labs. Not that it matters to me, but the taste was fine. I typically use unsweetened and unflavored pre-workout powders, so I can stomach just about anything. The taste is not so much as important to me as how the pre-workout makes me feel. This pre-workout powder gave me the most pump I’ve ever felt and enough energy to get through a hard-core workout. I also feel more vascularity than usual with this pre-workout powder. I have no negative feedback about this product and I highly recommend it if you’re looking for a stimulant, free, clean, third-party tested pre-workout powder without any added crap like most other pre-workout powders have.

Definitely felt a boost with this preworkout, I can't deny that. The first time I thought I was having an allergic reaction because of how quickly my arms and face felt the prickling and mild burning sensation. I read the ingredients and several are known to cause skin tingling at high doses. The tingling is harmless but alarming. I now use about 1/3 a scoop because there's no tingling and I don't want to throw it away. Probably won't buy again. Tastes great!

Just took the seal off and there is clearly a moisture issue. These are not dry clumps that break apart. There is moisture in the clumps

Having never used a pre-workout before, I was after something that wasn't going to damage my body and help improve gym performance. This product has helped with my gym performance and the nootropic effect has been noticeable to after a few weeks on it, I feel sharper in the mind with more clarify. Would definitely recommend.

this product really boost the body to prepare for workout. definitely worth the money spent on it. I bought it because it does not contain creatine and caffeine.
