Funciona de manera muy natural
La inducción del sueño con este producto viene de manera muy natural y no produce, al menos en mi, ningún efecto colateral o secundario. Las gomitas inducen un sueño profundo y reparador, además de tener un sabor muy rico. No lo cambio por nada y me funciona también para el control del stress.

Over-rated and contains sugar
I currently suffer from insomnia. I have to use pills to get at least 5 hours of sleep. I tried these gummies because they were an "All-Natural" solution. The first night I used two gummies, I woke up after an hour. I also didn't like the sugary coating over each gummy. The fact that sugar is one of the first ingredients is an issue with me since sugar tends to stimulate the body. The taste wasn't that bad. If you have any experience with herbal supplements, you'll have some idea what this tastes like.I didn't notice any strong side effects like drowsiness or whatnot. Beyond that, this was unfortunately a waste of money for me.
