Deco 79 Metal Cylinder Pencil Cup with Laser Carved Floral Design, 4" x 4" x 4", Gold

This product is absolutely terrible. It arrived horribly lopsided and dented. The material is so incredibly soft that I can try to push it back into shape, but it doesn't quite get back to looking the way it should. The gold is also melting away in multiple places and it shows scratches very easily. Might be ok if you're looking for an antique/vintage vibe but I wanted something more high quality. Returning it immediately!

It’s a decent looking pencil holder, not amazing but not terrible. It’s a little bit larger than I expected, so it will hold a lot of pens and pencils. The part where the seam is (3rd picture) is kind of bumpy and bent, but I just keep that turned around on my desk and the front of it looks fine. This has been mentioned in other reviews, but the design is comprised of open holes and there is no white liner.

I ordered this twice. The first had a dent, was missing some of the gold, and had a black streak around half of the rim. A tag says handmade in India, so I do not expect a perfect machined piece. I ordered a second as a replacement for the damaged one and it also had gold missing but I just turned that away from me.

The picture indicates theres a white inner lining in the cup but the leafy pattern on the cup is actually just lasered in holes. You should be able to see the black pens through the cup but the pens were photoshopped in. I returned the cup due to being mislead by the pic.

For the price, I would have expected a higher quality. It almost seems like its dirty and it is just generally poorly made. If this product was $5 I would be happy with it, but for what it costs you can find better.

Bigger than the average pen cup which I love! Big fan of the look, excellent for my aesthetic!

Looks pretty in photos, but when I received the item it was clear that the craftsmanship leaves a bit to be desired especially for the price. It's a bit wonky, I guess I will keep it bc I am lazy about returns but it looked a lot better in the photos.

I can’t figure out how to upload my own pictures but I got it pretty scratched up. Poorly put together. I have gold spray paint that I’m going to try and salvage this purchase with.

I was warned by other reviews but I fell for it anyway. This is a poorly constructed product with misshapen edges, misaligned connections and rusted portions. If I remembered to return it I would have. Now I'm stuck with it.
