I've been cursed with a flat butt... lived with it my whole life... until now. I did not know that padded shorts or butt pads were a thing! They certainly are cheaper than surgery.I tried a pair of shaper shorts that had foam padding... they were far too small for me, and honestly... I didn't love the feel of the foam pads. It felt like I was wearing a diaper. Next up, these bad girls. I was unsure what size to get, so erred on the smaller size and I should have gone with the larger. I am a 14/16, size XL, widish bottom. The Medium size feels a bit like 2 lumps on my bum, versus an extension of my actual buttock... if that makes sense. In the wrong clothing (i.e. leggings), the "transition" is quite noticeable. Larger might have made that transition more smooth. I think if I wear some shape wear that will help. There may be a little bit of a learning curve on getting them placed right as well.. the first time I tried they were too low and lopsided lol.So these pads feel like actual flesh... they have weight and are squishy... not like the foam inserts. They are silicone, and stick right to your skin (or you can insert them into shape wear that has pockets for them). They held up pretty well with movement even as I went to the bathroom, etc. No test with sweating... that might cause issues. You'd be wise to have them inserted into undie pockets, lest they slip off and make their way down your leg.It didn't add a massive booty that would make people do a double take, but filled out my clothes and gave me a little confidence boost. Just what I wanted.

I ordered these silicone rump pads because I liked the idea that you can stick them anywhere, and either use them to make your rear end stand out, or to smooth out your hips on the sides. Depending on the size, you could even use them as a bra insert. I did order Large but I will say that they are not large enough to look normal on my bottom.They are circular, not oval, and they sit like a little "hill" on top of each buttock which is very noticeable. I would only wear these under jeans or another thick fabric where things would be hidden a little better. That said, I'm usually a XL/2XL in pants, so someone with a smaller behind might find that they blend in more seamlessly.They do stick nicely and stay in place. This is a step up over the foam padding ones because you can set them higher up and they won't move around or slip down. You don't have to have a panty with a pocket to use them in. I think they feel kind of sweaty after a while if stuck directly on skin. I definitely like the weight and texture of these, they are squishy but dense. Some silicone inserts feel like a bag of water, but these keep their shape well.Overall, I would recommend these for ladies on the slimmer side--I imagine these pads would look way better if they were closer to the actual size of the cheeks.

Great quality pads make butt look more round and bigger. Almost seamless under dress or leggings. Easy to wash and can be reused after.

I have a pretty flat butt, so I wanted to try something to enhance my shape. These pads definitely gave me a fuller look ,great. The only thing is, the shape was a bit noticeable under certain clothes, but that could just be how my body is shaped. Overall, I’d still say give it a try because it made a big difference.

Wow! These are a great alternative to padded panties or even surgery! I’m obsessed! Man, I feel like a woman!
