Arctic Ice Soft Serve Mix, Pineapple, 3 lb Bag

I had to guess how to mix this for a small personal use ice cream maker since the large package is apparently for commercial use. I have Cuisinart 1 1/2 Qt. Ice Cream maker and I used 2 cups of milk and 7/8 cup of mix. I stirred it to dissolve, then chilled the mix for 10 minutes, poured it in the frozen bowl mixer and it chilled perfectly and had great flavor. It says you can use milk or water, I will try water next time, but really enjoyed the milk and mix concoction.

First of all, this doesn't work the best in a small home soft serve ice cream maker. It tends to have a gel that plugs up the dispensing hole, so I end up scraping it out of the bowl, which sort of defeats the purpose of the soft serve. However, that aside. The flavor is good! My husband and I enjoy it. Just a tip, I have discovered that 1 scant cup of mix, 1 cup water and 1 cup milk works (since it doesn't give directions for small batches)

Bought this to try in the Cuisinart Ice45. Once I figured out the math, it was easy to use. Here's what I did. There's 3 pounds of product. I divided it to 6 portions of roughly 21 ounces and bagged them. Then add 2 2/3 cup of liquid, mix, then pour it in to the Cuisinart Ice 45. It says you can use milk or water. I tried milk and it came out very tasty. I made a batch yesterday using pineapple juice instead of milk or water and it was great. Going to try some with orange juice to try for that creamsicle taste.

Brody's soft serve ice cream mix is a favorite. The day I ordered it from you, I was looking at the mix and checking delivery options. Then it said, "Thank you for your order" and put the mix and another item on order. I cancelled the other item because I was not ready to order it yet. I accepted the order for Brody's ice cream mix. Days later I noticed that it was "Cookie Dough Flavor" which is not what I wanted. When I cancelled the order it said that it had already been shipped.

This taste nothing like the cotton candy soft serve at Magic Kingdom! Bag also was shipped with other items and was damaged at arrival so I had blue sugar all over every thing in the order, tried to return but it was unreturned even though it showed up damaged.

I purchased this product to be used with my Cuisinart soft serve machine. I used 7/8 cup of mix with 2 cups of skim milk. It turned out very tasty and smooth. I saw on other reviews that they recommended whole milk, but I didn't have any at the time. I am looking forward to trying other flavors from Arctic Ice!

I am allergic to Chocolate, Wife & daughters are addicted to it.This is really, really good, they say, grinning ear-to-ear.So I tasted a tiny bit ... whoa....! That's really smooth & creamy!
