Quirky, slow, cheaply made, poor instructions, power leech battery drain
I’ve given this thing as much latitude as I can, but it’s junk. Back up camera was a tremendous pain to install. Getting it to work required a change in the system settings that some saint on YouTube figured out. Support was responsive but zero help. Horrible interference on the camera required an additional ground loop isolator. Bluetooth connection is hit and miss. The longer it goes the less often it connects. I’m usually well on my way to my destination by the time it decides it wants to work. Most of the themes for the Android layer are in km/h and °C not miles and °F. The only way to switch to miles is with a usb update. But the last straw is that suddenly it is killing my battery. The Bluetooth is somehow continuing to try to connect even with the car off and the key out. I rechecked my wiring over and over again to make sure I got everything right. This thing is a piece of junk. Very frustrating.On the positive, it does fit the car and the pre-made wiring harness made installation relatively easy.

Don’t buy. I got this radio in sept 2025 had to send it back because it wouldn’t turn on. They sent replacement the camera doesn’t work it connects ok there seems to be an update which is making it hard to know how to use it. In the past month it has started to turn off and on while I’m listening to music. Now I hv to find another radio. This radio is trash.

Zero instructions to follow. Steering wheel controls don't work. I drive knob doesn't work. I would take it out and smash it if it wasn't a hassle. Do NOT buy.

Feels like a full tech upgrade for an older Benz
This stereo brought new life to my 2010 C300. CarPlay works wirelessly with no lag, GPS signal locks fast, and the interface is modern and clean. Sound output is stronger than stock and the screen is sharp. Needed a few adapters for install, but everything lined up after that. Worth every penny for how much it upgraded the cabin.
