I think you may have mistaken the 2" x20' strap as saying there's 2 straps but really it referring to the width x length of the strap.

What is the width of the strap where it is part of the eye for 2” and 3” straps?

On a 2” wide strap the loop is 1” wide

What is the working strength of this strap? 30,000 is breaking rating. I would like the working rating.

Working load is typically 1/2 of breaking load, sometimes 1/3 depending upon application especially if the strap has been used or is worn.
