I love this pillow. I usually start on my back, but turn to my side or stomach before I can actually fall asleep. When I turn on my side and lay my face on the pillow, I have actually sighed out loud because of how soft this pillow feels. It is comfortable however I sleep. I don't get hot, the pillow is super soft, because it has different heights (edges are taller that center) it is easy to find the sweet spot, and is great quality. My sister recommended this one and I'm glad I bought one for myself!

This pillow stayed flat after 72 hours and this is ineffective for better sleep quality. The customer service wanted to issue a replacement but why would I take another chance of receiving another dud. This was the first complaint over my years with Amazon over a product that has been purchased. Please do not purchase or take a chance, no refund was given.

I have suffered from migraines and headaches all my life. I bought this to see if it would help with my headaches that I suffer from literally daily. After using this for two weeks now, I have not woke up with or had a headache in two weeks. This pillow was life changing. I highly recommend it if you suffer from headaches!! It is very comfortable.

Has helped my neck pain a lot, the button in the middle to create the divot for ears/back of the head came loose and stopped holding quickly which was a bummer but it is still functional

This pillow is really great! I need extra support for my neck and shoulders, and I decided to give this pillow a try. I admit that it takes some getting used to. I only slept on it for 2/3 of the night the first night. However, I noticed that my hands went numb when I woke up after switching back to my old pillow. I decided to give it another try, and haven't switched back since. I have slept on it for a full week since I got it, after letting it sit for a day and a half to restore its shape after being compressed in the box. I have slept so well. I am a side sleeper, and the grooves on the side are perfect for resting my arm. My 3rd night sleeping on it my Fitbit gave me a sleep score of 90! That is the highest I have gotten in at least 6 months. The first few nights I put it in a pillowcase, but it kept slipping out of it. I inspected it closer and noticed that it comes with a pillowcase already on it that is soft and cooling. You can unsnap the middle, and then unzip it from the top and wash it. It is way more comfortable with it's original pillowcase. It has a cooling effect, which is really nice, especially since I live in Arizona and it is starting to warm up. I usually don't like memory foam pillows because they seem to flatten where I need support. This one is soft and comfortable, while also keeping it's shape where it is needed for support. Overall, I highly recommend trying this pillow out!

Ordered one. Loved it so I ordered 2 more. One of the 3 pillows is very small, thin, and flat. It was VERY noticeable when I took the covers off of each to wash due to the strong smell.

I have been for 2 weeks and 5 days now and it has been great. I was diagnosed with moderate to severe spinal cervical stenosis from C2-C7 in December 2024 and have had increased neck pin with my current pillows. I’ve tried at least 3 different types of pillows and this one so far has given me the most consistent comfort. I’m sleeping well and my neck feels Comfortable and I’m not having as much numbness or tingling into my arms! I love the feel of it, so soft yet firm enough to keep my neck and head in the right position. That keeps my neck from moving while sleeping. I also love the space under the “wings” of the pillow to allow me to tuck my arms under pillow when I sleep on my side without shifting the pillow like I would with a regular pillow!(which then lifts the pillow and moves my head position. So far I’m happy with rapids. Relief and support it has given me.

The pillow is very sturdy. It does look like it is quality material. However, it was hard when I slept on it. It made my neck hurt even the more and my head. I thought I was buying a pillow to alleviate those pains, but it actually added to it. I would recommend just investing in a good quality regular pillow.
