A good file
I am using this file for sharpening my lawn mower blade. I use a sharpening stone after using the file. The rounded edge of the file is good for getting into the corners of my lawn mower blades where the blade has a step down.

Great for lawnmower blades
There’s not a whole lot I can say here about a file, but I bought this to sharpen my lawn mower blade. I was thinking about buying one of those drill attachment sharpeners but they didn’t look very effective and wore out or broke really quickly from everything that I read. I watched a few YouTube videos on sharpening with a file and decided to buy this.1st attempt to sharpen my blade went off without a hitch. It easily took out all the nicks and rough edges and cleaned up the blade quite nicely. The file is strong, durable, and seems well made. It comes in a little cheap plastic case to store it in, but this is not a deal breaker by any means. For the price, this is great and I think this should last a really long time for only sharpening a blade once or twice a year.

Chainsaw file
Worked well on small trimming saw chain . No apparent wear on file after one use. More than sufficient for home owners

Good file for the money
Classic, good file to have on hand. Seems decently durable. I am sure it is not pro quality, but to clean up sharp edges and sharpen mower blades, axes, etc., it is a good one to have around.
