Amazing pillow! My husband has had a lot of neck pain for years and has not been able to find a pillow that helps him until now. Before having the neck pain he still couldn’t find anything that he liked. This pillow works for him on a firm mattress and one with a medium-soft support 4” mattress topper. He is waking up way less often. I love the shape of it. It helps encourage him to not put his arms under his head. It also helps him to not put his shoulders up on his pillow. I can even cuddle up next to him and put my head on the side while his is in the middle. I’ve struggled for many years to be comfortable while my husband held me but this pillow is perfect for that. The pillow itself is firm and yet soft. It sinks in just a little to give your head contouring and supports your head and neck to the perfect height. Huge benefit that is not advertised is that my husband’s sleep apnea is better. He has less snoring, stays asleep longer, and stops breathing less than before. The apnea is completely gone but this is huge for him since he refuses to use a cpap machine. He says he feels a lot more rested. This is big for me too because he is a lot less grumpy since he is sleeping more. One problem we did have was a strong odor coming from the pillow. It didn’t bother my husband but it was giving me bad headaches. I am very sensitive to smells. After 2 weeks it still had a strong smell so I took it out of its pillow case and propped it up and let it air out for 12hrs. This fixed the smell problem. I no longer have headaches from it.

Yes I like the pillow but beware- there is only one place for your head to rest comfortably. If you turn in the night, you have to re-find the place for your head. No more moving your head around freely or flipping to the cool side of the pillow during the summer. If you sleep with wet hair, you're sleeping in the wet spot all night. If you have skincare products in your face and sleep in your side, be prepared to change your pillowcase daily.That being said, the pillow is comfortable, give good support and cushion, has places for arms and hands to rest, and memory foam feels good against face.There is a smell when first opened but all memory foam does. Just need to let it air out before putting your face on it

06/11/25.I was previously using the donut travel pillow at home. I hoped there was something better suited out there. In spite of the good reviews which influenced me to buy, I cannot find a comfortable position on this pillow. The depression in the middle I believe is where your ear is placed. This position hurts my neck. The height seems right. It is not that firm. However, it does quickly come back to its shape and elevation when you lift your head off of it. Im 5’3”. I think my head is on the smaller side of the spectrum and, my shoulders are narrow. Im going to trial it and hope to upgrade this review.I think this pillow could work well for back sleepers. The depression in middle cradles your head I think and, then the neck is properly supported. Unfortunately, I cannot sleep on my back. I think the designers and manufacturers know this and should state that it may not be for side sleepers? . Im doubtful a side sleeper will find this helpful for sleeping.Im not sure if Im even using pillow correctly. Not comfortable so far. Supposed to help cervical spine stay aligned while sleeping?I just received it. I sincerely wanted to like this pillow. . Maybe looking to return. They must trial this on mannequins and not live subjects. So far Im disappointed. This pillow comes with NO package insert, no diagram. Just clear plastic wrapper. This is not good customer consideration. Might be why it comes unmarked.. They don't even claim the product? Side Laying on it does not feel pleasant.Pros: There is a removable zipped cover. A standard case also fits this standard size pillow. It comes back to its shape immediately. It did not have a ‘smell.’06/13/25 Changing my review from 2-4 starsOkay update; I slept on this pillow for two nights. I still did not feel that comfortable however, I woke up more rested!! I woke up without pain in my neck and numbness in my upper extremities.I may have been hasty in my initial assessment. I still want instructions or at least a diagram. Feeling rested without numbness will make it worth the price. I’ll give it 3 more days to total a week and review again.

The pillow is great! I've used other ergonomic pillows in the past but they've all been way too small and impractical. This pillow is very comfortable and improved my sleep more than previous pillows I've used in the past. Very soft and firm, but not too firm. Many similar pillows I've used in the past were also too small so the sections for your arms didn't really fit, but this one is different. Much larger and the arm sections actually get used! Lol. Overall, great pillow for those looking to improve their sleep quality. I've seen other reviews mention not being satisfied with the pillow case, but this pillow also works with an extra regular pillow case. I use it with the pillow case it comes with along with my regular pillow case, fits well and still works the same!

I'm hooked! I have neck and back issues and my physical therapist suggested I get one of these pillows. Ever since it came in I can't sleep without it. I've had it for a couple months now and it hasn't flattened out at all. The top cover comes off and washes very well. It's not hard to get it back on after washing it. Definitely glad she recommended I get one of these pillows!
