I have used this for 4 days and it does reduce the sugar monster cravings. I have lost 2 pounds and I am happy with the product so far. I say "so far" because I have tried other weight-loss/appetite control products before only to be disappointed. I like that this product begins working right away. Night time cravings are the hardest for me so I take PureLife Keto in the afternoon to give me the help I need at night. I would recommend this product.

It gave me more energy and surpressed my hunger the way it was advertised. But I did get some side effects like stomach cramps and head ache but overall I feel like this will do it’s job with a healthy diet and exercise. If you don’t eat healthy and exercise this pill will do nothing. I lost 30 lbs

Just started this a couple of weeks ago. No adverse side effects. Just purchased a second bottle. I intend to stay on this regimen for 3 months. I have sworn off stepping on a scale for the duration. I cannot tell if I have lost any weight at this time. I do believe I see a reduction in size of highest part of upper abdomen under breast. I'll write more in another couple of week.

Im not very experienced with weight loss pills, but I heard other products made with the same active ingredient taste bad. This keto pills arent flavoured. They are big enough not to loose them, but small enough to swallow without difficulty. Today was my first day, I ll post updates later, I need to shed 50 pounds.

Product simply did nothing. I made sure to carefully watch diet, along with exercise daily as I wanted to get the maximum benefit. I stayed with the pills and my health changes for several months (as I ordered a lot! big mistake!) and yep nothing. I went up and down a few pounds only and that was it! Of course no money back cause I stuck it out hoping that It was just my metabolism and it needed more time. So ya, far beyond the 30 day return. I should have known when nothing happened in those first 30 days! Ugh... So I am here to help the next person I guess. No flavor easy to take. Just helped me stay regular if you know what I mean. Don't stray too far from the restroom after eating meals.
